Sorry to be a party pooper, but this may be a clip of a Chechen child, originally posted here:  //www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXCIj4xG5cc&feature=related .  The description reads: "You can't learn it  because it is in blood."  Though this may or may not be an Iranian Azeri child, I do believe that in Iran's Azerbaijan there are children who can dance like that for the simple fact that wherever there are adults who can dance, there are children who can dance!

Hey, This is lezginka, chechen style. So he is chechen NOT IRANIAN. No Persian can dance like this ha ha ha. He could have been Azerbaijani from Iran but his hand style is chechen. Don't credit yourselves. Persian Dance is Arabic style :) gere kamar and moving hips.
