I don't know ... somehow I get turned very off by men who do plastic surgery. I take a man's big/crooked nose anytime over a soosool with a chopped off nose. And this guys looks too timid. Just look at her nice, open, and confident smile, and his homely-looking attempt at a smile.

First of all this is a stupid attempt to creat comedy. Second of all what has the nose job got anything to do with gharbzadeghi which our literary moron Al Ahmad coined?

A young couple are enjoying an intimate moment. What is wrong with looking young and good?

What caption do you want? How can you make this funny? Or better yet, why do you want to make this funny?

Enough of this tourist bus traveler snapshots of Iran. If you are going to show them just spare us from the comedy.

Good observation, we used to call it -gharb zadegi- they hate their own looks and want to emulate what they see in the movies. Wait till they have a new child of their own and lo and behold, the good old gene rear its ugly head ... Wouldnt it be funny when the parents are walking on the street with knobby noses and their child in tow has a schnazola??

It is true ,I have been away from Iran over 23 years and never back.Where I live there used to be very few Iranians,not many newcomers.but recently I see more newcomers,and I have to say I have never seen so many nose jobs in my whole life!!!
I have been thinking about it a lot then I came to conclusion that young kids in Iran hate their situation so much that they want to forget their heritage.You may laugh at my theory but I am standing by it!!
I miss seeing those strong noses ,since all I see in my life is western noses,and know that I have more opportunity to see my young hamvatanan,none of them reminds me of the youth that I left behind 24 years ago!!!!

SO ,I think he is telling her "aziazam ,I do not look like a persian anymore,so do you love and approve of me more? "

I Wish I could start a campain ,calling it "saveing strong and persian noses!!!"
