when I lived in Iran we would get together to do stunts similar to the one depicted in the video. The only time I got in trouble was for holding hands with my gay lover. They let us go after some questioning. I had to leave Iran.

Cops would be all over him. I am not a lawyer (Thanks god! ;)) but he would be charged with reckless endangerment or something like that.
He would be arrested on the spot if not shot.

The best that could happen to him was to be sent to a maximum security for mentally deranged!

Now, if he was to do it in a secure, isolated arena it would have been a show, given not a very impressive one!
