The "specialist" wasn't in Tehran, he was in Esfahan

If you'd have listened to it you'd know that the specialist was in Esfahan because the prankster said multiple times "akhe agha man alan Esfahan nistam" and also the doctor had an Esfahani accent. Also, "Bozorgmehr" Street is in Esfahan.

This is what happens when you have too much free time on your hand and nothing better to do!!!!! These are the same guys who complain that we are being wasted in Iran and "JANVONIMON BE HADAR RAFT". They not only waste there time they waste someone else's time too. Of course, in this case, it is a snack oil salesman. But never the less...

Typical unemployed Iranian who has too much time on his hand.This reminds me of a friend in Iran who told us he has erection all the time and that he went to a doctor and ask the doctor to give him a medication so he would not have erections.What a dumb guy:)0
