"Faraaz-haaee az sokhanaan e Mossadegh" means "highlights or excerpts from Mossadegh's speech". What is the linguistic origin of the word "faraaz"? Faraaz means "elevation" as in "faraaz o nesheeb" (highs and lows). HOWEVER the use of faraaz as highlights or excerpts come from "phrase".
