A literate comedian

Clearly Hadi Khorsadi is a very funny comedian and a good performer. What always amazes me is how good a poet he is. This guy knows literature, litrary history and has his arooz down. He is not usually counted among Iranian poets but I think some of his poetry belongs as much in literature as in comedy. Sa'di and Obeyd and Iraj Mirza are poets, aren't they? I think Hadi's ba-saavadi creates an edge and a baseline for creating contrast that is truly unique among comedians -- Irani or khareji.

I think Hadi Khorsandi is the greatest comedian and Maz Jobrani is a young comedian who is very funny as well. I wish them both the best and lots and lots of good things to come.

I don't think we appreciate him enough as long as he is around! someday he would be recognized as another rumi from khorasan! He is very funny, extremly inteligent and very passionatte about Iran! the most generous man that I know! We need a few good men like him to reclaim Iran! It is never about him, but Iran and Iranians! May god give him a long life! Thank you Sir for all you have done for Iran!
