The Baha'i Faith as has been documented in history (and please note I am not using the word documented loosely like you did with the "Bahai's helping the British for establishment of Israel has been documented well" statement, where has this been DOCUMENTED?) and on this site numerous times, was established 160 years ago in Iran. How could a religion that was established 100 years, give or take a few, before the state of Israel, have anyting to do with it? Yes, the Baha'i headquarters are in Haifa, Israel; this, because Baha'u'llah the prophet founder of the Faith was EXILED to Baghdad and from there to Istanbul, and then Edirneh and then Akka in Israel. I am not sure where you get your information, but simply saying there must be something, otherwise people wouldn't say it, does not suffice. Pleas keep in mind that 98% of the population in Iran are Moslems, they are led by Clergy and trust in their leadership, or at least they have in the past, although now they are growing out of this blind followership, and hopefully learning that independent investigation of truth might not be all that bad!!!
The Baha'i Faith by its nature does not have clergy, and does not allow people to make a living just because they are the learned of their faith, do you think this sits well with a group of people who have dedicated their lives to reading books and preaching them? The institution of clergy is truly without foundation when you look at it deeply, one should not be able to collect money just because he has studied the faith of God. Yet, there are whole population of these poeple not only in Islam, but in all other religions. The Baha'i Faith puts a stop to this practice altogether.
People say something because "people" are not educated. People also think garlic helps with heart disease, yet there is no shred of "evidence" that proves this.
There must be something ...
by Anonymous22 (not verified) on Sun Dec 28, 2008 03:10 PM PSTThere are so many theories about Bahai's connection to Jews and British. I am not an expert in history, but based on what we've heard and has been claimed by so many historians, Bahai's connections seem a good possibility. Bahai's helping the British for establishment of Israel has been documented well.
If there was no connection, why would they be under the microscope since the establishment of Israel? Why other minorities such as Armenians are not going through the same treatment by the Shah or IRI?
The real genocide happened to Armenians.... 2 Million of which were slaughtered by the Turks and no one dares to talk about it.
As one reader pointed out on another blog earlier, let's stop talking about Bahai's and let's focus on Moslems who are the real victims.
Impactful, saddening, infuriating!

SHAME ON YOU!SHAME ON YOU! SHAME ON YOU!
So sad..
by irannostalgia.com on Fri Dec 26, 2008 06:36 PM PSTIt is so hard for me to believe that I am partially from a country where such barbaric acts go on day to day. Unbelievable!! Why?
I just came back today from Rabat in Morocco. It was so civilized, people with hejab hugging people with no hejab. People open to visitors and other cultures. And since they dont spend their lives hating and killing, they have had time to work on imporving the countries infrastructure. The train system worked impecably. In Rabat the monuments are all being restored, etc.
Shame, shame on how Iran is diving back into the middle ages. Retarded Akhunds !!
