by sports fan (not verified) on Fri Dec 19, 2008 05:55 PM PSTI am so happy to see Iranians advancing in sports other than soccer because there are so much talents out in Iran.
I know this first hand I played Ping Pong we called it in Iran in my HS and I was part of our HS team but didn't go far in the region. Also played basketball, handball, soccer, and kayaking in summer time.
I came across many talented players who were just waiting to be discovered and invested on.
