Gheymeh - mmmmm

Lovely family. 

I love Khoresht Gheymeh. I think the mum said that it had beef in it, it should really be cooked with lamb.  

Also Palmiers are French "shirini" made from puff pastry, not Iranian, how ever much we love them. Like "Napeleoni" is really French Mille-feuille.

I like the family interactions and the mom especially is quite charming. Looks like a very warm and open minded family.

I wish my mom was could be as cool as this mom here ;-) My mom tends to be controlling and hyper and she would not have been cool with me taping her for my class.

no worry everybody. The girls, mom and dad (behind video) in this video are very tough (kardan goloft) and they do not mind the notes. Iranian women can kick your ass if you mess with them. They are pretty and adorable like Persian cats but they can defend themselves very well.
