You need to think a bit about this one! This is a sculpture in Tehran of a pair of sandals. What is it trying to say? What famous sculpture has similar symbolism about another political era? The artist is probably referring to Khomeini's sandals, just as the pair of boots in Sa'dabad Palace is symbolic of Reza Shah's reign.
