by bj (not verified) on Sat Mar 07, 2009 06:46 PM PSTYou are the best after Ostad Hosien Tehrani.I play Persian drum but i can never play like you.I really enjoyed your excellent performance. The beauty of drum is that everybody can play some kind of rithem and there is no boundary and the sky is the limit.
God bless you for making my day so happy.

Mohammad Reza Mortazavi
by Party Girl on Sat Mar 07, 2009 12:25 PM PSTAside from his masterful compositions and his concerts all over the world, Mr. Mortazavi, who lives in Germany, also travels to Iran to teach young Iranians the art of playing Iranian percussion instruments. Here's a clip of a performance he did with tens of his young students in 2004. It's inspiring and very exciting. Enjoy!
