by Bavafa on Sat Jun 11, 2011 03:04 PM PDTHowever, this gave me a pause to think… why is that most Iranian "revolutionary" songs focus on the 'Zolm o setam' that is being inflicted on us, where as others (i.e. Bob Marley, Tracy Chapman, etc) focus on standing up for your right and against tyranny?
