Are we fair?

Maybe, some of the Iranian young singers act like Peter Sellers, but let's be fair.1) Do they have a government to fund and encourage this type of singers?  Almost all Internationally renowned Iranians with Iranian education background are mainly engineers, and that's because there is a very good engineering undergraduate program at many Iranian Universities.2) Young Iranian singer's potential reveals by their directors and their funding.  As well, these are their first performances.  I never forget how serious I was in my first presentation years ago, and I call it embarrassing now.
