Spatima - It's called deflection & changing the subject

It's a very common debate tactic when one has no response to a position.  

It tries to shift the burden to the person posing a question, in this case, the person who posted this video.  In the process, however, a bogus assumption has to be made.  Again, in this case, the false assumption that you would have to make in order to accept Sargord Mark's position is that the person who is posting the video is advocating on behalf of the U.S.  Therefore, you throw U.S's unemployment figures back at him.  See how that works? :-))
