In a couple of days Summer will be over and we will have the Equinox. As I mentioned earlier the correct time for Mehregan is the first of Mehr but no one does it then. They do it on 10th. The old calendar of Iran had a name for each day of the month. Mehr was the 16th day. They only had 30 days. There was always a festival for the day in the month that was the same as the month. But then they put 31 days in the first six months and so it now falls on 10th.
