Ok folks I have done all my calculations, and all I have to say to all who want a good moment to really kick start a movement. It has to be Wednesday 22 July at 1pm Teheran time. So all you leaders out there take note, postpone any event until then and let that day and that time be the spark. Let space time guide you. Go for it. This is the greatest Eclipse we have had for a long time.

It is interesting to hear that Googoosh is planning to hold a hunger strike on the 22nd. I hope that the rest of the opposition focuses all its effort on this date. This Eclipse is an important moment and we must use its energy to ignite mass abstention and draw the attention of the ruling clergy to realise the power they have no power over. The people of Iran must use the symbols of peace: the white flag, doves, flower power. Iran must have a new peace movement like the 60s.

Yes of course. The peace movement should be based on white with the name Iran on it. Yes white flags with "Peace for Iran" written on them is the common theme for us all and I include any union.

I'm asking a serious question. How can people like this who are so in opposition to the Green movement be specifically approached and engaged? This was not the case during the general strikes against the Shah. There was a broad-based coalition. Can they be made by July 22 is what I'm saying.

Rosie Let us not split hairs. You know that I have been stating for thirty years; that the only theme that unites Iranians of all walks of life is peace. We all agree that we can all be united if we agree to be to have a unity based on peace and non-violence. This force that binds us overcomes the violent beast we face everyday in Iran. It must be engaged face to face and proven wrong in public. They have bullets and clubs, we have the threat of non-violent strikes. They must be brought to dialogue, engaged, and won over in debate, such that the world can witness a peaceful regime change. They have a choice. Either engage or face shut down by the peaceful forces of the Iranian people.
