The difficulties of Iranians in USA or other countries I lost all my belonging and all my life saving, because of a mistake of Orange County?   Dear Mr. Mayor of Orange County.  I trusted Orange County and spend all my money and work for a boarding school which they gave me the occupational license, but after three years they cancelled their permission and occupational license and I was by their mistake destroyed.  How can I pay $800,000 money that I spend for this school and boarding? And how can I recover form this huge lost? They make a mistake and I am punished for their mistake, I could not cover the cost, because of their mistake and now I lost all my capital and more and I cannot be even hire anywhere as they destroy my life and my credit.  I would like to mention that your system is not Just and is very indifferent and even cruel. I was general consultant to the secretary of telecommunication in Iran, University instructor for European languages and teacher in the German Embassy School in Tehran. I helped one of my Moslem Friend, named Morteza Musavi Tirabadi and he tried to destroy my life, because he did not want to give his loan back to me, he tried to pay money to other people to make trouble for me. He reported to the places that I worked that my mother was Baha’i. So I was sent out of work, because my mother was Baha’i and I got to a lot of problems.

My Moslem friends and Baha’i family misused my situation and took whatever they could from my belonging. And the government of Iran misused my situation like my Bahai family and Moslem friends. After this I thought I should go out of Iran, because many people tried to misuse my situation and they could even pay illegal money to arrange the government employees against me to have more benefit from my capital.  I came to Florida and tried to work here, I did any type of work until I got my paperwork and I was sub- teacher, regular teacher for Latin and German in Oviedo High school and instructor for German, Arabic and Politics in the Seminole Community College. The Orange County encourages me and they told me if I get house in County area with Agricultural zone, I can have a boarding and language school.  I bought two houses with my down payment , the whole money that I saved from Iran and bank money and they gave me the occupational license ; and I did work for almost three years, after three years of operation, the neighbors  claim and Orange County told me they made a mistake and they cancelled my occupational license.

 They made a mistake and I lost 800,000 dollars plus all my work in the boarding school. I planted over 1000 fruit trees there and a lot of other extra improvements. I have no other choice to rent the houses to regular people as the price of the houses was so low that I could not sell them. These people did not pay the rent, damaged the house and took whatever they needed and in the time; as they know I went to the court to send them out of the house. They were angry and destroyed the house and left the house without giving the keys back to me. I lost another 200,000 for all these damages. This money was taken from line of credit, refinancing and credit cards. I tried to manage the payments with my saving and line of credits, but soon the line of credit and equity line of my credits were closed also. 

 I tried to be employed by companies who operated in Iraq or Afghanistan, but because my score was bad they did not hire me. I had an accident, but because I was going after work and interview for work the attorney stopped the process of my accident in which I had no fault, the other car hits me.  The insurance com. Liberty Mutual paid for drying of my house damaged by water; for one week, later they refused to pay the cost of repair and damages.  I paid the court and the sheriff, but the people did not pay me and I have just papers from court. They took my materials, but police do not go after them seriously. With other words, the people are allowed to robe me and do not pay their rent and damages, and the police do not take serious action against them, the society is so generous from my pocket for them, but they expect I should pay all my bills. How can I do it, if the people destroyed my business and the society is indifferent and do not care about my huge lost and I cannot be hired; how can I survive? 

 I can teach eight languages and all other subjects, because I have bad score ;they do not hire me ;and I have bad score, because the people took my wealth and did not pay what they have to pay me.  Is that Just???I have a lot of bad checks. Everybody expect I pay their loans, but their loans are taken by other people and the system cannot get from them and I am punished, because they took my wealth?  Is it fair?   Dear Mr. President I am willing to work and go anywhere that I can use my knowledge and experiences. I am a college teacher with more than 30 years experience and I know fluently four languages. I have CDL Driving license and I can fly small airplane. I know all languages spoken in the Middle Eastern countries and I know also their cultures and religions, I can be very useful, but because the people took my materials and did not pay me, I am stacked. I hired three attorneys to go after my problems. So it is again clear in the time that so many people misused my situation and took my belonging and did not pay what they had to pay and hide themselves , the system support them, but I am not supported ? Why?

They are allowed to make mistake destroy my life, take my belonging and no body is willing to help me and go after them? Why?   and I cannot cash their check, how can I pay?  If the people do not pay me what they owe me and they take my materials, how can I pay?  And if I do not pay, I get bad score and I cannot be hired, so I cannot pay at all. I am willing to work, I pass all exams for different languages, but I am not hired, because I could not pay the bills and I could not pay the bills, because the people destroyed my business. Who should be punished, me or the people who took my wealth?    The Orange County in Florida makes a mistake and gave me a permission which they should not give (as they said later), but this mistake destroyed my life.  I put all my capital and my saving that I worked for it for more than 30 years in this business and I hoped I can help the students with my service more. But the Orange County cancelled my occupational license and I lost all my capital, is that right? With the lost of my capital, I cannot pay the bills and as I cannot pay the bills so I got bad score, and I cannot be hired even in dangerous places like Iraq or Afghanistan. Is that just, that I have been punished, because other people destroyed my business and robbed me? Is it just?

 Why the people who want money from me do not accept the bad checks the other people gave me and hide themselves?   The police and your system cannot get them? I have to pay for the mistake performed by the local government Orange County and I have to pay also for the weak system which cannot get my lost from the people who took them? Who am I that I should pay free money to the people? Is it not a chaos? I am ignored and the people took my capital, damaged my business and took my belonging. I cannot even go to the court system as the attorneys want a lot of money in front? Is it also just? With all my skills and with all my experience I should stay at home and pray until somebody help me and guide me how can I survive in the country that the system is so generous from my pocket and think I can print money to pay them.
