For a united Iran and Toran

For the information for the people who think USA is the paradise of the world and the land of opportunities. There is a lot of thieves here and the system is indifferent and useless like other countries as they called dictatorship countries. Here you are robbed legally and illegaly also. It is a free country also for thieves and robbers?  

Dear Mr. President Barrack Hussein Obama  

  I am a citizen of US, but originally I am from Iran. I was university instructor , consultant and translator to the ministry of telecommunication, and teacher at German Embassy School. I can teach eight languages, I can fly and I have CDL driving license from USA. I have been persecuted there (Iran), because my mother was Baha’i and after the persecution, my Moslem friends and later my Baha’i family take advantages of my persecution and took part of my capital. I came to USA on 1993 and work here in different places until I did the paperwork and worked at Seminole Community College as German, Arabic and Political science instructor and at Oviedo High School as German and Latin Teacher. I had some classes in my house, but the county told me, I cannot have private classes in the my house which was in a sub-division, they told me if I buy houses in the County, they can provide me the occupational license, so I can have boarding school there and can teach legally .

 So the students can learn live, and work there. Like Famulus in the Germany.      In Germany some students live with the teacher and they learn and work in his boarding school. I opened this non beneficial company and for three years the boarding school was working fine. I save a lot of boys and girls, who have problems and provided for them a nice and cheap place to live, work and study. After three years the Orange County sent their code enforcements to me and they said, I cannot have boarding school here, because it is a single family zone or agricultural zone. I showed them the paperwork and I explained for them that I paid for these activities to the Orange County. I was sure that everything is fine, but it was not so. I went to the zoning department and they told me they did a mistake and I can sue them if I wish. So they did mistake and my life is destroyed by their mistake. I lost over 800,000 dollars because of their mistake. Is it fair that they make a mistake and I should be punished for their mistake? You are for freedom, democracy, and Just. Why I should pay for their mistake and lose all my capitals. I hired an attorney, and she wrote to me that she can get my occupational license back, but she wants a lot of money in front which I do not have. You know because the price of Real State came down, I lost all my down payment and all my equity lines of credits had been frozen.

 I planted just by myself over 1000 citrus trees. I worked more than five years very intensive at the boarding school. I had no choice, and I sent the students out and rented the buildings to the regular people, these people take advantage of the situation also and took the materials I bought for the school and destroyed the houses and did not pay. I have to go to the court and pay court and sheriff to send them out of the houses.    The courts cost money for me and it takes times and so the tenant had enough time to destroy and damages the houses. Four times they took and destroy the houses, and each time the sheriff did not do a serious action against them and let me be robbed? The people were angry, because I went to the court and damaged the houses and the pipe is broken and damaged also the house, the insurance company which was Liberty Mutual just paid for drying the carpet for one week and said all of them were leak? They stole also from me over 200,000. As you see the Orange County made a mistake, I should be punished and pay for their mistakes. The people robbed my house and did not pay, I should be responsible for their activities? The insurance company is taking money for years, in the time you need them, they do not help and do not pay.

 I have to hire attorney to get may be money back from them. The people robbed my house four times, it is OK with Sheriff’s departments? The price and interest came down; the bank is not willing to modify the houses and the boarding school? And because they people did not pay me, I could not pay my bills, so they damaged also my score of credits and I cannot work. But the people whom I owe money call every day and wants money. How can I pay, in the time that I have no security and the people stole my house, did not pay and destroy the rest of my business and they damaged also my score, how can I pay?  I have documents that support my claim. So if American and your government want Just and Peace in the world and they do not want terrorists, dictators and Unjust in the world. Do you think it is OK to be indifferent with what has happened to me?   Is that Just that the people can rob me, insurance company collects many years money from me, and did not pay the damages; the police does not take serious action against my lost?

 The Orange County makes mistake and I have to pay their mistake with all my saving and with all my capital? I tried for two years all your organization, none of them is performing properly. All of them are just a decoration and almost useless. They just get money or the employees are paid salaries, but they do not function properly. It is just a mistake for Orange County, but their mistake had destroyed my life. I hope that to be indifferent and or cruel should not govern the world and everywhere. I lost all my saving and all my capital for their mistake. I am almost 60 years old and have nothing after I worked forty years. If there was no revolution so called in Iran, I would be a retired professor or university president there.
