Bavafa, the cartoon references the common accusation that the mullahs have traditionally been in the pay of the British. Hence a Tehran British emabassy protest in solidarity with "other" British government employees.

Very smart and good eyes on the burgundy color.

It looks as if Basij is doing some image marketing by updating their colors with burgundy, black and yellow.
