The above 8 minute video is a performance of "Ey Iran" by a chorus of Iranian film celebrities. In the background we see flash clips from Iranian movies spanning at least a four decades.

Give yourself:

My percentage of recognition of faces / places / pictures was pathetic, so I am not going there, but I enjoyed the clip.

برای ما تنها نکته پرچم مهم میباشد.

پرچمی که نقش شیر و خورشید بر روی آن ندرخشد..هیچ به مورد رسمیت هم میهنان ایرانی و ما نیست ! اهمیتی ندارد که آن فیلم باشد و بر مبنای دروغ و یا خیال ،ما همچین پرچمی سراغ نداریم که به تأیید قانون اساسی‌ ما رسیده باشد.

پرچم یعنی‌ آنکه رسما از قاجار به بعد در مملکت رسم شد (تاریخ پرچم ایران،با ۳ رنگ سبز و قرمز و سفید و شیر و خورشید را بخوانید!) ۳ رنگ اعلا و اینکه نقش شیر و خورشید بر روی آن نقش بندد !

این پرچم (آنکه در خط بالا ذکر شد) در سال ۱۲۸۵ شمسی‌،در ایام مشروطه به مورد تائید سیاستمداران وقت قرار گرفت (هر چند که چند فرد نسناس می‌خواستند آنرا به شیوه عرب تغییر دهند که از وقوع این حرکت کثیف جلوگیری شد ) و در سال ۱۳۳۶..قانون پرچم رسمی‌ ایران زمین توسط مرحوم مغفور..بزرگ مرد ایران زمین.. جناب دکتر اقبال به مجلس برده شده و رای اکثریت داده شد و پرچم همین شد که حال همه میدانیم.

این پرچمی که ملعون اسلامیه از آن در ایران استفاده می‌کند،یک پرچم جعلی است و متعلق به ما نیست !

آن پرچم که ۳ رنگ سبز و سفید و قرمز..شیر و خورشید داشته باشد قابل تعظیم و تکریم است و ما جان در راهش دهیم و احمق آن است که این پرچم را متعلق به سلطنت طلبان و مجاهدان میهن فروش داند !

دیگر هیچ بحثی‌ در رابطه با پرچم اصلی‌ ایران قابل قبول نیست،اگر میهن پرستی‌،اگر فرهنگ شناسی‌ ..حال میدانی‌ که قبله عالم تنها بر خاک ایران میسر باشد و تعظیم و تکریم بر این پرچم،غیر از این از ما نیستی‌ و وقت ما را تلف نکن .

Ari, I can only identify one

Ari,

I can only identify one film and that is " Madreseh Moosha "  being away from Iran for decades now that is the only thing I remember ......... unfortunately I don't watch that many iranian film ..... i think me and khajeh hafez are the last iranians without satelight here in the U.S ... so i can not identify them all ..

in terms of instruments .... i can only identify the kadoo tanbal one ...the one which was like Pumpkin but again no idea what they call it ...

this is a nice version of this song ... it made me value our culture and respect our artists ... and it made me feel so bad that I can not really identify many of those films ......

and the flag ....... it was naked ...... no allah and no lion ........ but that is not the problem ....... does it matter what is on it or is not on it?
