let him rest in peace, send an email to Clinton

by iraj khan on

This is a critical juncture in US history. Therefore, as Americans, we must speak out with a clear voice to ensure that President Bush’s cowboy diplomacy leaves the White House when he does, and is not emulated by the next US President.

Click here to take action: //capwiz.com/niacouncil/issues/alert/?alertid=11305286

It only takes a moment to make your voice heard!  Personalize and send the below e-mail to Senator Clinton’s campaign headquarters today!

Thank you.

Funny reading the negative

by Whatever (not verified) on

Funny reading the negative comments. Like it or not, Iran under Pahlavis has been the most progressive Iran--if you don't agree prove it with examples. No one king or statesman is perfect. The day that we, similar to other progressive nations, learn to acknowledge the good and learn from the bad and celebrate our heritage including our monarchies is the day that we can move forward. Like it or not, this was our past, it had good and it had bad. Let's take the good, build on it and move forward.

They ran

by Alborzi (not verified) on

Its interesting to watch these tapes. They might have believed that they were real. They were just straw scare crow and when challenged they ran. They were just figment of Dulles imagination, and it worked for a while, too bad some still think that it was real.

I don't know why Behnam loves these videos..

But it is nice to see another video of yet another loser in the long history of incompetent leaders in that last 1400 years of Iranian history...With the exception of few, we have been extremely unlucky, or to be exact, we have been totally incompetent in choosing a good leader...

What a waste

by Anonymousw (not verified) on

You are wasting your time since you do not objectively know or do not care for what happened to us or are still under the spell of the 13th emam and his lies and deceits. During shah's time we had a country, not only he deserved a wedding like that but he deserved more. Did you expect him not to have any wedding because likes of you thought so? A wedding that by all standards was humble for a ruler. We, the iranians, said that we did not even deserve him and asked for what turned out to be hundreds of times worse than him in every respect. We welcomed mullas to take over and plunder our resources and kill our youths, based on khomeini's lies that pahlavis did it too, offered to people with NO proof, only to be proven otherwise later. At the end he was willing to respond to people and allow bakhtiar to operate democratically, but we, the iranians, were not mature enough to know that a mulla raised in Qom and educated Najaf could not lead us to the 21st century. We wanted an indecent country like what it is today, not a decent country like it was with free education for all and a per capita income of $2400 ($7200 in 2008 dollar) as opposed to $1000 that it is today with oil revenues some ten times higher.

Apparently you do not know yet that shah's so-called crimes ended up being petty crimes compared to what came after him under the name of islam and god. How much if iranians suffer as a result of religion and god and his murderous representative then you islamists and ideologues would be content? When the whole iran is obliterated, then would you guys be happy of your doings and implementation of your goal and ideology?

Everytime I look at the late

by Mitra from khuzistan (not verified) on

Everytime I look at the late Shah photos, I get sad. Although I was young during shah's time but I can not forget the happy times in Iran. We lost a great man. May he rest in peace. Javid Shah

A very bad choice

by Anonymously (not verified) on

Marrying Farah Dieba was a big mistake made by Shah. She was a member of Qajar dynasty and her wrong advices and meddling in Shah's political affairs had caused the loosing of his Taaj and Takht.

What a waste

by What a waste (not verified) on

ONLY REASON he married her and this is undeniable is so she can BEAR him a SON, since Sorayeh Esfandiari couldnt. But little did he know about the destiny that await him, her, and the "prince." I guess the revolution was payback for breaking those other 2 women's hearts. In the end God didn't allow that son to becom "The King." Instead God made him the buddy of neo-cons and Fox News. So in the end I guess the kid still ended up being a western puppet, albeit a delusional one that's not even in power.

Weddings like this were a waste of THE PEOPLE's MONEY and yet a minority of Iranians (majority though on Iranian.com, which clouds things), would have us believe this was a a good man and that he should live long. What the hell is Javid Shah even mean? What happened to JAVID MARDOMSALARI???

I mean whats even more ridicolous is when they say KHODA, SHAH, MIHAN. This is the product of severe servitude and brainwashing. At least those kids in the Iran-Iraq war defended their countrys honor with their supposed brainwashing. What did these Shahee's give our country other than nookari to gharb?
