I wrote your name in Persian because I noticed some nut job said a while back that Rasul Aryadoost is not a Persian name.   There are lot of delusional people.  Just ignore those types.  

Thank you for your contributions to Iranian culture.  

I just watched the video where the fellow made you drink all that fruit juice (very Iranian, surprised cookies and tea weren't involved also).  

Your Persian is good - don't be shy about it.  Sometimes it takes a few minutes to get the Persian-engine going.  It needs to warm up.  If you want to have a laugh, just look at the written English of some others on this site. ;)  I like the sound of your Persian more than Alan Eyre (when I listen to him I feel like I'm being kidnapped by the Taliban).  

I like Fesenjoon and balal (roasted corn) also.  Fresh walnuts ring a bell?  (Gerdoo?)  

I hope you have found places to get good Iranian cooking in California.
