Couples in Los Angeles

Hi everyone!

My wife and I don't have many Persian friends here in LA, and would like to meet other couples in our age group (35-45) who don't have small kids (under 12) to hang out with.  We are professionals, non-smokers, social drinkers, and like going out for dinner, travel (mostly locally), and go to Persian events.

Where can we meet couples with similar attributes?  I wish there existed a site for meeting couples (kind of like IranianPersonals and IranianSingles).

(Here's an idea for some of you to start your own business :)

We posted almost an identical article about a year ago... except we're in Orange County!

A little bit older than your age group... we call it "more experienced"...:-)

We checked out craigslist.com one time and found an event... went and had a good time but it didn't really go any further than that.

There are some LOVELY people on iranian.com. Recently, one in particular was part of a little get-together in LA. We weren't able to attend ourselves but very much would like to participate in future social events.

I also just googled "iranian event's in OC" and got a couple of different hits.

I hope there is a response to your request...some kind of social coordinator would be great.
