DK jaan you have to disable rich-text @ "every" preview & change

A while ago I wanted to disable rich-text for some reason and it kept coming back, so I had to do it at every change and every preview.  You may have to preview twice to see if it works before submitting it.

And if that fails, try, try and try again!

I am currently at my Office PC so cannot test it.

But I Will try again tonight when back on my Mac and will let you know if it works. Yesterday it seemed to work only in the Preview but not once submitted.

I did say first disable rich text and then just paste in the actual URL. (Don't worry about the extra box).

Just paste in the URL right here, like this:

//iranian.com/main/news

then hit ENTER twice and continue typing, like I just did.

It will automatically turn into a link.

But I am following Foaad's Instructions testing different approaches.

Ultimately will go for what I feel most comfortable with.

I also think a Bug Diary is a Great Idea !

Like I said, Darius, use the Disable Rich-Text link, and remove the offending html tags. Then go directly to clicking on the Post button.

For the URL link, try using the Preview option a few times until it works. Sometimes the Disable Rich-Text option (removing the html tags) helps to make this work, also.

And sometimes you just have to settle for what seems to work best at the time. That is to say, compromise with what the site will allow for.

It's too bad JJ doesn't have a Bug section to this site, where these matters can be addressed properly. But hey, there's a lot of "too bads" when it comes to this iranian.com.
