Might interest you to know my French-Iranian uncle just had a grandson. (They live in a suburb of Paris.) The newborn has a French Christian name, an Iranian middle name and an Iranian last name. His middle name is after his great grandfather and great great grandfather, who as you know are notables of Iranian history.
