Actually The Constitution was drafted so that if the Shah was to die before the Crown Prince's 20th birthday, The Shahbanou would be Ruling up to her son's majority.

Wouldn't you think Qeen Farah (Smart, Beautiful and down to earth) could have been a better Shah for Iran than Shah? I think so. There I go again with my imagination :o)
