NIAC Survey
by David_Jones on Sun Nov 29, 2009 07:28 AM PSTGreetings! Irandkht, What makes a survey reliable? It was posted on the Internet and was available for all to participate. I took part and voted. Don't you think you should ask more credible questions yourself, before you dismiss it?
Why does NIAC refuses to disclose the list of its members? It is a non profit organization subject to FOIA as a tax exempt entity.
NIAC Opinion Survey
by David_Jones on Sun Nov 29, 2009 07:25 AM PSTThe survey was published by a pro democracy blogger, who has on numerous occasions asked NIAC to provide its membership to public (as a 501c3) non profit organization subject to open records act, but NIAC refuses to do so and claims it has a lot of supporters.
I personally particpated in the survey...it was up for 5 or 7 days.
NIAC Opinion Survey
by David_Jones on Sun Nov 29, 2009 07:21 AM PSTWhich part of the survey do you consider nonesense? Could NIAC post a similar survey and make it available to public for voting? If NIAC claims it has so many supporters, why does it not disclose its memership list? I persoanlly took part in this survey and was up for 5 or 7 days. Please be fair!
nonsense!

Doesn't sound Very Objective as a survey ...
by Darius Kadivar on Sun Nov 29, 2009 03:00 AM PSTI am not an NIAC member nor enthusiast but this survey and it's results don't look trustable.
The Results even look like those of an election in a dictatorship ...
Please don't insult people's intelligence !
One can criticize NIAC but remain objective as to their popularity or not through an unbiaised survey.
On the otherhand a lawsuit is taking place right now. So until the conclusions of the court one should consider the benefit of the doubt. If NIAC wins its lawsuit, then all these attacks may well turn and hit all it's attackers in a Boomerang Effect !
Honesty and objectivity are the best path to follow if we intend to serve the TRUTH !
My Humble Opinion,
DK
