Salsa dancing
by alexasmith on Wed Apr 07, 2010 01:55 AM PDTVery Good Dance.....
Widely considered a very passionate style of high tempo dance, Salsa is traditionally performed by a couple, with the male partner leading; however, there are often solo breaks throughout the dance called ‘shines'. Salsa Dancing does not require a large space and most dancers will remain in one spot for an entire performance. Due to this, Salsa is heavily reliant on hip movements and sensual energy to convey the dance's passion.

Nice job!
by Monda on Sun Oct 18, 2009 08:40 AM PDTYears ago at my daughter's elementary school there used to be a fundraiser celebration called International Day, where each class (K-5) would represent a country. The teachers researched the dance, outfits and food of the country they had chosen for their class. Food was for sale to the school community.
But the dances - oh the dances took months of practice during children's PE and after school parts of the day. So watching this clip I can imagine how proud the children and teachers felt during and after this performance.
Nice share didani jan.

by KouroshS on Sat Oct 17, 2009 11:36 PM PDTWas this music actually part of the Movie's Original soundtrack? Or was it a separate recording that was added to the clip?
I would take all these guys out for ice cream for the wonderful performance. Great work guys.
