Fine. Be that way. I just listened , and danced to "Felicita", all by myself ! Reminded me of the my first Italian girlfriend. Well, not really a girlfriend, but we really liked each other.

OK. I am not sure if she liked me, but I really liked her. We even kissed...eh, not like French-kissing or anything,..just like,..well,...honestly, we didn't kiss kiss, but we definately talked. Whole coherent sentences. I asked her how she was. She said "fine".

Ehhh...you guys are ruining it for me. You just had to be there. OK?

But why are we keeping IRANdokht's birthday a secret?!

I would like to wish this daughter of Iran a very Happy Birthday, and a year full of celebrations on every single day of it! IRANdokht is truly an upstanding citizen of our community, intelligent and considerate, knowledgeable and wise. It is never a dull moment when she shows up on a thread or on her unfortunately very rare blogs. She is not only smart, she is also brave, participating in dialogues which keep most of us away, saying her piece with style and determination. I admire her persistence and courage for trying to learn and for trying to teach and for providing alternative angles for looking at issues.
