This video was made by a young Bahai from Iran in response to the baseless accusations against the Bahais.
The Islamic Republic of Iran in an effort to justify the persecution of Iranian Bahais as its largest non muslim religious minority, wants to use the negative aspects of Israeli policies to somehow tarnish the image of Bahais, because the Bahai Holy places and their world administrative center was established more than 80 years before the founding of State of Israel.
The video traces the history of the Bahai Faith in the Holy land, from the time of Baha'u'llah's arrival as a prisoner of the Sultan Abdul Aziz of "Turkey" at the time of Ottoman rule in 1868 to founding of the State of Israel in 1948.

A Baha'i Quote
by i am a bahai too on Thu Sep 30, 2010 08:04 AM PDT"These attributes of God are not, and have never been, vouchsafed specially unto certain Prophets, and withheld from others. Nay, all the Prophets of God, His well-favored, His holy and chosen Messengers are, without exception, the bearers of His names, and the embodiments of His attributes. They only differ in the intensity of their revelation, and the comparative potency of their light. Even as He hath revealed: 'Some of the Apostles We have caused to excel the others.'

by nadeem khan on Thu Sep 30, 2010 07:46 AM PDTDoes it mean like that, Wahid?
Wahid have you read this (This is From K. S. Milani)
by nadeem khan on Thu Sep 30, 2010 07:43 AM PDTThe Bahá’í Administrative Order represents a unique synthesis compared with Sufism. The mystical forces of the Bahá’í Revelation were channeled through the person of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá after the pas sing of Bahá’u’lláh. Upon the pas sing of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá the “mystic intercourse” described above had taken place, and the Bahá’í Administrative Order was begotten. In other words, the mystical encounter of the human soul with the Holy Outpouring (Fayd-i-Muqaddas) becomes possible through the encounter with the Bahá’í Administrative Order.
Bahá’u’lláh had anticipated both the Universal House of Justice and the Bahá’í Administrative Order in the Kitáb-i-Aqdas. At present, the Universal House of Justice, designated by Bahá’u’lláh as the “Ark of God” (Safínat’u’lláh) in the Tablet of Carmel, is the spiritual pole and the center of Bahá’í spirituality. According to Shoghi Effendi, the Universal House of Justice is the one divinely appointed Center and the one expressly-designated pivot around which Bahá’í administration revolves. The relationship between the human soul and the Universal House of Justice is secured through the Covenant. It has already been demonstrated that the Covenant of Bahá’u’lláh is instrumental in the generation of the Bahá’í Administrative Order. The establishment of a covenant between the mystic and the object of mystical quest or the Pole (Qutb) is an integral part of the mystical experience. In the case of the Bahá’í Administrative Order, the Covenant between Bahá’u’lláh and the human soul also implies a relationship between that soul and the Universal House of Justice. This spiritual Covenant also serves to maintain the organic unity of the Bahá’í world.
All must seek guidance from the Universal House of Justice and turn to them. The Will and Testament maintains that the Universal House of Justice is “the source of all good and freed from all error” and that “whatever they decide has the same effect as the Text itself.” “God will verily inspire them with whatsoever He willeth” as it serves to “insure the continuity of that divinely-appointed authority”5 0 from the source of Revelation. This body also provides infallible guidance for Bahá’ís on “legislative and administrative ordinances” and “may enact laws that are not expressly recorded in the Book.” As such, the Universal House of Justice represents a unique synthesis of the legislative and spiritual offices, naturally eliminating the tension permeating Islamic spirituality described above. For the Bahá’í wayfarer the Universal House of Justice is not a mere administrative organ elected in a three-tier process by universal suffrage; rather, it is a sanctified repository of divine guidance and the spiritual axis of the Bahá’í world. Accordingly, the establishment of a spiritual connection between the heart of the mystic and the Universal House of Justice becomes an essential component of the Bahá’í mystical experience.

And as for being taken seriously: if it wasn't for the cash you people dish out for the attention you buy, the ants wouldn't take you seriously.

LOST, confused in Awe of yourself
by faryarm on Wed Sep 29, 2010 09:44 PM PDTYou are so LOST in Awe of yourself that you don't realize when being mocked...
Did you actually claim prophethood at some point, with your 19 commandments?
I dont need to read Arabic to recognize the ramblings of a hateful confused mind.
Verily you cant be taken seriously...
regardless, do carry on; as recommended you Nima Hazini, are to be left your "devices".
You cant pass a day without needing some attention.
Thanks
by Anis Cyrus on Wed Sep 29, 2010 08:54 PM PDT31 years of shameful acts against the Bahai community of Iran. How could we witness indifferently so much of injustice. May God forgive us all.

Nonsense
by Aryana-Vaeja on Wed Sep 29, 2010 04:15 PM PDTThe Bab's Will and Testament, which I have translated, states the following:
You are all commanded [to obey] He whom God shall make Manifest, for He will assuredly return to this creation in the other Resurrection (fi qiyamati'l-ukhra) by the Sovereignty of Mighty Excellence.Verily we are [His] servants and verily to Him are we all prostrated. He shall carry out whatever be His will by the permission of His Lord. None shall question Him about His doings but all things shall be questioned about what they do.
This passage is clearly speaking of the Babi messiah to appear in mustaghath (i.e. 2001 years) as unequivocally set out in the Bayan. It is not speaking of Mirza Husayn Ali Nuri who is a pretender per the Bayanic doctrine. Prior to this it unambiguously designates Subh-i-Azal as Mirror (mirat) and successor (wasi) of the Bayan, i.e. the Speaking Book (kitab-e-natiq), where it states,
O name of the Pre-Eternal (Azal), verily I testify to this that there
is no other god besides Me, the dearly Precious, the Best Beloved. And, then, I testify to this that there is no other god besides You, the Preserver, the Peerless...
The translation you quote is by Sepehr Manouchehri who does not know Arabic and I believe on good evidence was plagiarized from my own.

Báb's Will & Testament, was unambiguous.
by faryarm on Wed Sep 29, 2010 01:40 PM PDTThe Báb's Will & Testament, which was unambiguously directed to Subh-i-Azal, makes it clear that he would not be the One promised by the Báb:
"We order you to obey Him Whom God Shall Make Manifest. He will verily appear amongst this people with a sublime reign in the final resurrection. Verily we are all servants and kneel down before Him. He shall carry out whatever He wishes, with permission from His Lord. He shall not be questioned for his actions. However, all others are responsible for everything they do." [verses 27-29]
More propaganda
by Aryana-Vaeja on Wed Sep 29, 2010 12:22 PM PDTAll of the sources cited by Faryar are internal pieces of propaganda and not history, and they are seen for transparent pieces of propaganda by anyone with eyes to see. Nor has Nadeem Kahn's question been answered.
But I want to ask Mr Faryar this: Since Subh-i-Azal was the Bab's legitimately appointed successor, how was the rebellion his and not his brother's? You Baha'is have never been able to adequately answer this point but just continue repeating your Big Hiterlian historical lie over and over again hoping no one notices this gaping contradiction.

BAHÁ’U’LLÁH 1853–1892
Which ever version is the truth, whether Azali or Bahai, it is up to the seeker..to decide in his / her heart and mind
Bahais, especially Baha'u'llah has condemned killing, to the extent that Bahais are by practice known as peaceful throughout the world, even in the face of death.
Now those who are so desperate to defame Bahais by their misrepresentation and distortions of historical events have in the long run remained as frustrated enemies of a faith that, much to their bitter powerlessness and frustration and against all odds against it, continue to see a organic growth of a world wide spiritual religion.
faryarm why don't you start a blog
by nadeem khan on Wed Sep 29, 2010 12:08 AM PDTMr. Mansouri why don't you start a blog showing your full support to the Azalis / Babis. Why not condemn the killings of Innocent Azalis by the supporters of Baha'u'llah? What are the rights of Covenant Breakers in the Baha'i faith? Let us support the 'Covenant Breakers', just like these so called moslems are supporting you fellows. Please don't call their breath to be poisoneous!
Utter nonsense
by Aryana-Vaeja on Tue Sep 28, 2010 10:02 PM PDTThis is a convenient narrative without a shred of truth or credibility and nothing more. Individual Muslims not endorsing the Islamist narrative would either plead for tolerance as individuals or remain completely neutral, not initiate an outright organization.
In any case, last year Sophia and myself established that the board of the Muslim Network for Bahai Rights is chaired by several Bahais. It's all on Sourcewatch, i.e. their identities and what other boards they sit on, so the evidence is there that this organization is a front.
It is this sort of deception practiced by your organization and the forces propping you up that gives the lie away to the mullahs and has made it that much more difficult on the propaganda front against the IRI. But you people don't care! You think it's all about you.

Because Some Muslims can look beyond the animosity and hatred
by faryarm on Tue Sep 28, 2010 09:14 PM PDThow could Muslims who believe in the finality of their religion and hold Bahaism to be a heresy legitimately set up an organization defending them?
Because some Muslims can look beyond the animosity and hatred created by their extremist leaders ....
Unfortunately people like you can relate to only the propaganda of Hate against Bahais.
Propaganda
by Aryana-Vaeja on Tue Sep 28, 2010 08:46 PM PDTThe Muslim Network for Bahai Rights proves the arguments of the IRI that you are organizing against it not just on the human rights level but on the ideological front as well. As such it proves your video to be hollow propaganda. For example, I have shown the website for the Muslim Network for Bahai Rights to Zoroastrians and Iranian Jews. They have all come back and said the same thing: how could Muslims who believe in the finality of their religion and hold Bahaism to be a heresy legitimately set up an organization defending them, and from the Gulf where there is an American military presence? This makes no sense unless this is a front. These are Zoroastrians and Iranian Jews saying this. The legitimacy of this front organization is as absurd as one where Orthodox Jews were to set-up an organization defending the rights of Roman Catholic Christians or you Baha'is setting up an organization to support the rights of Bayanis (i.e. Azali Babis). Secular organizations who are ideologically neutral and defend principles would do this but under the secular umbrella. Seldom if ever do the adherents of a faith who consider something like Bahaism to be a heresy do the same. This defies all reason!
While many of us legitimately wish to see the IRI toppled, we are also not happy about the opportunism of the US, British, European and Israeli governments using your creed as a political weapon (which is exactly what is going on here) by giving it undue attention it does not deserve to the neglect of other more deserving minorities who are being harrassed by the IRI. Since Islamophobia is presently the ideological crutch of choice in the Anglo-European world, it makes absolute sense that you are indeed being supported and used by the Islamophobic elites as an alternative, hence the attention.
That said, as I have said before, Haifan Bahaism is not just a threat to Muslims in the Middle East. It is likewise an existential threat to Jews in Israel as well. Nay, the globalist New World Order ideology of Bahaism is a threat to this entire planet! Those Zionist pro-Israelis who are defending and supporting you today are as stupid and myopic as those Russian and German Communists who made temporary alliances with Adolf Hitler and the National Socialists against the German Social-Democrats and the Center-Left in Germany before January 1933. There will come a day where they will regret their unqualified support of you. Guaranteed! I just pray we will not have reached the too-late threshold on that day.
