I was walking is San Francisco and I saw this bike. It just reminded me of the bikes we had in Iran with leather seat. We call them " Chinese bikes". However, besides the nostalgic feeling and childhood memories from the bike, I like the shape, color and quality of light. I am sharing this photo and I like to receive comments about the photo. -- Majeed

Sibil
by Majid on Mon Apr 14, 2008 10:53 PM PDTI was 5 years old when my dad took me and my two sisters to take some pictures in our neighborhood "akkaasi" in Salsabil, Tehran.
"Akkas baashi".....LOL...... was trying to get my attention to the camera while shaking a "khorros ghandi" close to the lens while his head was in that famous black sleeve....................GOD!! it was just yesterday!
Thanks my friend.

by Sibil (not verified) on Mon Apr 14, 2008 07:17 PM PDTIf the picture is yours, then I am amazed how right I was. I always unintetionally tend to associate a face in my mind about people, weather they are the author of an article or subject of a book or a story. Although it is a picture of a young boy, but it resembles what I had imagined.
