Kadivar lost the little credibility he had by not only lying about this particular Shoar but also talking contradictory about where he stands with many other issues.  On the issue of 'Velayat e Faghih' he said he was against it but he for for Iran's Constitution to be executed exactly as is.  He also said he was against any kind of discrimination but then again he thought Iran's Constitution ha d all the democratic elements.  He also spoke as he represented the Green Movement in America.  I have yet to see anything to indicate that people have asked him to represent them.  Even Mosaic and Carob don't make that claim. 

 The most surprising element for me was lack of challenge from Ms. Derakhshesh when Kadivar said 'Ham ghazeh, ham lobnaan'.  To let him get away with that obvious lye simply was poor journalism.
