Your point is well placed and understood. However given the members of the Islamist majles were caught on open microphone joking about “kahrizakish-kon” it is not out of the realms of possibilities.

More so since according to many victims, Radan, was personally in charge and participated in the committing many of the atrocities at the Kahrizak rape and torture center to be using the terminology within his circle of criminals who all knew what it meant.   

There is doubt about this tape's authenticity

A word of caution, Fred.  IRI operatives are ruthless and shameless in the way they treat Iranians, no doubt.  Without need for any fabrication, they have and continue to produce countless evidence of their savagery towards the peaceful Iranian people.  When suspect "evidence" finds its way to the growing body of real evidence, it discredits the rest. Some such evidence may even be planted by IRI itself to be used later for questioning the authenticity of all that has been gathered.

"Kahrizaki" is an expression which most likely did not mean much at the time this audio clip was alledgedly taped, because the fiasco surrounding the torture, rape, and murders of Kahrizak had not yet been exposed.

As a responsible recipient of the information, we have to be cautious about disseminating what may not be accurate.
