From what we have seen, that does not provide any protection from rape and murder by all your islamist and basiji brothers and sisters.

Secularism is governing a society by power of reason, consensus and checks & balances, not mumbo jumbo of any sort, religious or non.

is the instrument that Islam has used to enslave women. Why don't men have to wear a veil? would the bulge in their crutch not arouse a woman standing in the corner? The veil has nothing to do with being modest or wanting to be pure.
