Flying Fati commando

Those who have seen 1960s James Bond movie, You Only Live Twice, would instantly recognize the “little Nelly” in the attached video.

The nonsensical swarming suicide tactic IRR, the Islamist Rapist Republic, is threatening to use aside, what practical use does such Basiji Fati commando carrying lawnmower engine powered contraptions have for the Islamist Rapists?

Fair Well said

Suicide attackes are for the desperate and never work. The Japanese tried it in WWI and failed. Palestinianshave tried it and failed. Taliban are trying and failing. It is the response of the losing side.

Because the winning side simply sends more advances weapons. The more powerful side does not need "human" bombs; the use regular ones instead. If IRI were to send these the USA would just shoot them down with regular rockets. Or more likely watch in amusement while the soldiers are laughing their heads off. It is probably not worth bothering to shoot down. I do feel sorry for Iranian girls who have to do this crap just to pay their bills. Damn the IRI and its West residing groupies.

Fair

what a joke

by Fair on

the idiot giving this report is bragging about what dire consequences the "enemy" will face when over 100 of these pieces of crap with chadori idiots like the woman in this report attack them.  What a complete joke, these will be like flies, they will either be swatted or have little to no impact even if they get through.  The "enemy" will be (and is) cracking up at such a spectacle.

And no, the chicken colonel is wrong again as usual.  The F15A entered service in the USAF in 1976, the B1B entered service in 1986, and most of the F15's in US service are C/D/E models which are much more up to date.  Even in ODS 20 years ago they were deploying the C/D models.  And furthermore, even the old airframes like the B52 or C130's have undergone very significant technology upgrades such that they have hardly anything to do with their original state.  Their avionics, weapons and fire control systems, and engines are all brought up to contemporary standard.  So once again, colonel sanders' pathetic attempt to justify stupidity in the IR occupying Iran by finding "parallels" in the US falls flat on its face.

Of course, Iran and Iranians are very fortunate to have learned very well (the hard way unfortunately) to not trust such BS, and not fall for it.

There are many weapon types in the US military inventory that are 50 years old or over, such as the original F-15, B-1B, B-52, Minuteman ICBM, etc.

BTW: The US military experimented with the autogyro concept, too. Should we be laughing at the US military for such? Of course not.

You people are really something. Iran is fortunate to be rid of this mentality.

Is there anything in IRI's arsenal

by Onlyiran on

that is not a copy of some country's (or, in this case, some movie studio's) half century old technology?

This one has GOT to take the cake though.  Straight out of an old James Bond movie.  Hilarious!!!!!!!

Roozbeh_Gilani

on "geographical defence of our homeland"

by Roozbeh_Gilani on

As clearly demonstrated by the events post "election" 2009, the primary role of Islamist regime's armed forces are suppression of Iranain people's demands for housing, jobs and economical stability, above all maintaining the status quo with islamist vali faghih in charge. Further the "geographical boundaries of our country" itself is currently under serious threat due to the reckless behaviour of the "ideology which resides within"

A different perspective: I seriously doubt that  the unemployed factory worker in Karaj without a job, unable to properly feed or house his family would even care about "ideology within" or "geographical boundaries of Iran", let alone ranking them......

Swarming is a very good idea

by divaneh on

I think this is a combat ready aircraft and the idea of sending thousands of these gyros to swarm the enemy positions is a fantastic idea. Please put a basiji in each and allocate the back seats to the Akhonds, and with the will of God and Imam Zaman we will be victorious.

comrade

I daresay

by comrade on

If and when it comes to defend the geographical entity of our homeland(which always supersedes the question of what ideology resides or rules within), I'll be warm-hearted by this girl's skill and conviction.

Never increase, beyond what is necessary, the number of entities required to explain anything.

They're powered by Rotax aviation engines, not VW bug automobile engines.

I've never seen such persons so brazenly ignorant- all in the name of being self-hating! It's amazing.

by Simorgh5555 on

Funny! This is one of the latest rubbish inventions from the IR. A couple of years ago they invented a hamburger maker ,which was a metal frying pan which could be attached to the back of a car exhuast so it cooks the burge while driving the car. I mean what is the point of that? They should spend money on actually repearing the engines of their fleet of passenger airplanes. Stupid terrorists.

mahmoudg

actully i think they are VW bug engines

by mahmoudg on

I have a friend who used to work for the Defense Industry in Iran and claims that they used VW bug engines to create their autogyros.  It was a flop and they abandoned it, but you can't balme these backward Islamic Rapist Cultists to want to copy the West.  They have nothing original of their own, well other than the worthless pages of the Quran.

Reminds me of the Remote control toy helicopter....

by Roozbeh_Gilani on

My 8 year old son has been asking for Xmas!

But seriously, who is the islamist regime think is kidding by these ridiculous "shows of strenght"?  Even  absolute morons like this character firooz, or the islamist wedding photographer pino_Q should recognise that these pathetic objects would be blown off the sky within minutes of a military attck by any average air force. Now we know and forooz &pino_Q's  common paymaster also knows that the real enemy of the islamist regime is not US or Israel. It is the Iranian nation. Now, sure, maybe this can be used against civilian mass demosntratorions as some form of "spy plan"!!!!!

Fred - You're right about Little Nelly

by Anonymous Observer on

Here it is:

 //www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmzkjQArqfg

That's actually the first thing that came to my mind after seeing this marvel of IR technology.  It is straight out of the 1960's.  You Only Live Twice was on the SyFy Channel over the weekend.  I have to say though that Little Nelly was much more advanced.  It had heat seeking missiles, cannons (or machine guns-whatever they're called) and "air mines."  AND, it came in compact suitcases, and could be assembled in a nick of time:

What's pride have to do with anything? Should I take pride Italians designed this autogyro? Or that Israeli and European pilots fly this aircraft type?

What's peculiar about you anti-Iran folks is that you take such pride in being ignorant about such things, like submersibles and autogyros.

It's like saying to everyone here on at IC: "Look at me, I'm stupid!" But it's become obvious you folks are perfectly willing to degrade and delude yourselves as far as possible in being anti-Iran. I suppose this is the very definition of self-hating.

Ahhh the glory of the Religion of Peace

by Cost-of-Progress on

I see that shameless mozdor and the islamist satirical dipschit ANtellectual have already chimed in to defend the glory here.

One question: shouldn't the fati commandos of the anti-iranian regime of the unelected clergy actually be wearing Islamic combat attire and not this rediculous chador/maghnae' outfit?

Do you people really take "pride" in this stuff?

Ha! Ha! The Fati Commando resembles Batman in his Bat Pod. I wish I had an air rifle! Kill three hajis with one air pellet. That would be great.

Q

What shameless propaganda! *Sargord may be onto something*

by Q on

The video is of a woman instructor in a chador operating the aircraft which is not at all "from the 60s" physically or techonologically. There is absolutely no mention of "suicide attacks" or "war against civilians" at all.

The guy who runs that channel is a well known liar who has unsuprisingly created a false impression by his subtitles. This propaganda is obviously targeted toward those who can't understand Farsi. Yet, FredCo repeats the propaganda "swarming suicide tactic", for which there is absolutely no basis in the video.

So you may be onto something. This is the strongest in a series of evidence that proves that at least some of the FredCo team can't actually understand Farsi.

You idiot. That's a ELA

by Sargord Pirouz on

You idiot. That's a ELA Aviacion ELA-07S autogyro aircraft. They're used for law enforcement and border protection (they can be euipped with unguided rockets.

They're also flown in Israel and Europe. It is originally of Italian design and construction.

//www.elaaviacion-italia.it/

When are you people at "Fred" going to employ qualified persons for your propagandist efforts? You're really looking foolish with posts such as these.
