A human rights lawyer, Abdolfattah Soltani, has been sentenced to 13 years in prison. See Sept. 2011 blog on this case here.

A court in March initially sentenced the 58-year-old to 18 years in prison on various charges, including co-founding the Center for Human Rights Defenders, spreading anti-government propaganda and endangering national security.

The revolutionary court also upheld the decision to transfer Soltani to a remote prison in the city of Borazjan, about 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) southwest of Tehran….."

In practical terms, sentencing a 58 year old to 13 years is a life term.

Handing out life term to be served in a faraway and out of sight prison to a human rights lawyer for the crime of “co-founding the Center for Human Rights Defenders” says more about  Messianic Islamists’ moral compass than all the opposition could ever wish for.

These barbaric messianic Islamists are getting nuke and aiming to “manage the world.”

Regime change by Iranians with assistance from the free world in the form of logistical help and airtight sanctions which include air/naval quarantine is a must.
