The great minds running EU’s collective foreign policy have done it again, and this one is another doozy.
After taking their sweet time to put just a few apparatchiks of the Islamist Rapist Republic (IRR) on the sanctions list, they once again have taken another one off it.
The first one was the Iraqi born head of the Islamist nuke works, Dr. Strangelove Salehi, who on the occasion of changing job and becoming the “foreign Minister” was taken off the list.
The second recipient of the EU’s delisting is Brigadier Rostam Qasemi, the former head of the Revolutionary Guard’s industrial conglomerate, who has now changed job title to that of the “Oil Minister."
“Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi, who is not anymore in the sanctions list of some Western countries, is set to chair the upcoming meeting of the OPEC in Vienna.”
Since these sanctions are for show only, is it any wonder that IRR does not abides by any laws, the convention on human rights including executing juveniles and numerous UNSC resolutions, just to name a few.
The EU might as well give the IRR Revolutionary Guard Brigadier a 21-gun salute welcoming ceremony.

with "oil" in his job title, any Islamist mass murderer...
by Roozbeh_Gilani on Sat Oct 01, 2011 08:26 AM PDTCan expect red carpet reception on his overseas trips from Bejing to Zurich. Which raises a big question mark against the highly symbolic gesture of "sanctioning" the individual Shban-bi-mokhs of the islamist regime, while the head bi-mokh, "Doctor" ahmadinezhad and his gang of islamist ministry of etelaat killers and rapists are allowed to visit NYC and other such lovely places on a regular basis.

Of Crocodile Tears of the Stalinist Variety
by AMIR1973 on Sat Oct 01, 2011 06:30 AM PDTThe killers of Sabra & Shatila were the Lebanese Forces, a Lebanese Arab Christian militia. The Lebanese civil war was full of such massacres (Christians killing Muslims, Palestinians killing Christians, Shia Amal militia shelling Palestinian refugee camps with artillery, etc, etc). Sadly, this was neither the first nor the last time that Arabs would deliberately commit mass murder of other Arabs (see: Syria, Iraq, Sudan, Algeria, Libya -- the list is long and the day is short). Unfortunately, there is nothing unusual about Arabs slaughtering other Arabs, though one may not know that by the distinct absence of Stalinist crocodile tears.
