The case of the most recent Islamist cutthroats republic’s Special Saturday popup trial, SS for short, has caused some to question different aspects of the mass “trial”. Although it is true that there are prominent lifetime IRI insiders among the hundred or so, exact number is unknown, accused, IRI does not use the term defendant; this SS has nothing over thousands upon thousands of other SS held in Iran.

In the interest of those few visiting summer vacationers from Mars the following abbreviated concise dictionary/reference is being provided. A cursory study of it will instantly orient the novice elevating his/her understanding of the situation to those of average Iranian. It will also ease the burden of all those who are desperately trying to prove the already proven facts about the Islamist cutthroats republic and its peculiar ways.

Editor’s note: like everything else in the Islamist cutthroats republic terms and word have lost their traditional meanings, in most cases taking the opposite definitions.

Republic = Lifetime absolute rule by one unelected man

Islamist Consultative Assembly = where injustice is codified

Ministry of Justice =   where injustice is organized

Courthouse = where injustice is handed out

 Judge = career intelligence/prosecutor/interrogator professional

Police = uniformed thugs

Arrest = when electric baton and judo kick is administered

Detention = where initial pummeling begins

Prison = where injustice is meted out

Solitary confinement = where reincarnation takes place

Solitary confinement (noun) = effective weight loss regiment, aka, Evin diet

Rule of law = whatever & however the Mr. Republic likes it

Human rights = ibid

Citizen’s rights = ibid

National security = ibid

Vote = ibid

Any and all other words, terms, what have you = ibid

Jaleho

PC jan, you don't get it?

I applauded Fred for finding a good analogy for "victor's justice" fraud court (the name SS)  just as Nuremberg's court was a fraud court by the victors.

Of course I meant a double joke on Fred because he (probably just like you) are so brainwashed with the allied being fair, and buy every pro-Jewsih and pro-allied garbage , that I thought he'd be insulted by correctly being reminded of what a fraud Nuemberg Trials has been :-)

In fact, one important point of the "victor's justice" is that it does not matter what the crime of the people on trial is, it is the "justice" that the court and the "justices" are carrying out of power, not law. This being a similar case.

And?

by ex programmer craig on

What does any of that have to do with you comparing the trial of Nazi war criminals after WWII to the trial of peaceful dissidents in Iran, Jaleho?

Jaleho

Programmer Craig, more FACTS for you

by Jaleho on

It is not ME calling the Nuremberg Trials a "victor's Justice," it is the most aptly used terminolgy for the trials silly! Hear it from the US justices:

"Chief Justice of the United States Harlan Fiske Stone called the Nuremberg trials a fraud. "(Chief US prosecutor) Jackson is away conducting his high-grade lynching party in Nuremberg," he wrote. "I don't mind what he does to the Nazis, but I hate to see the pretense that he is running a court and proceeding according to common law. This is a little too sanctimonious a fraud to meet my old-fashioned ideas."[37]

Associate Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas charged that the Allies were guilty of "substituting power for principle" at Nuremberg. "I thought at the time and still think that the Nuremberg trials were unprincipled," he wrote. "Law was created ex post facto to suit the passion and clamor of the time."[38]

NO JaleHo, silly...

It's called International court of justice (in The Hague) to prosecute your IRANIAN-TAALEBAANS for crimes against humanity, once Iranian people are done with you in the streets of Iran!

If I were you I would save all the Lobby money I'm given by IRI for your rainy days which is coming soon to the neighborhoods near you. Also you should start working on your paperwork to beg court for clemency, to beat the rush. Get a good Lawyer!

By the Way, do you consume any of the BS you unload on this site?

Look at Jaleho

by ex programmer craig on

SS: you mean Nuremberg justice of victors, ha?

Comparing Nazi war criminals who murdered millions of people to the Iranian detainees who have had confessions of wrong doing tortured out of them, even though nothing wrong has been done by the opposition -  unless one is to cvonsider peaceful protest "wrong".

Jaleho, you are dangerously unhinged.

IRANdokht, is this your friend?

vildemose

See you can come up with good stuff during your infrequent short breaks between singing from AIPAC-donated sheet music.

The ubiquitous "Azad" in Iran

by yolanda on

In Iran, there are Azadi Tower, Azadi Stadium, Azad University, Azadi street, and Azadi square.....they all sound great, but people want the "real" freedom, not just the hollow labels everywhere!

Free Iran!
