رادیو آلمان: گمرک آلمان در بن از صادرات ۵/ ۲ کیلو داروی اعتراف‌گیری "تیوپنتال" به ایران جلوگیری کرد. این محموله که تحت عنوان دارو راهی ایران می‌شد، از جمله می‌تواند در بازجویی و اعتراف‌گیری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

اداره‌ی مرکزی گمرک در شهر کلن اعلام کرد که محموله‌ی تیوپنتال (Thiopental) در قالب ۵ هزار شیشه کوچک دارویی آماده‌ی ارسال به ایران شده بود. این ماده‌ی دارویی مشمول بخشنامه "مقابله با شکنجه" در آلمان می‌شود و فروش آن به کشورهای خارجی به مجوز ویژه‌ی اداره‌ی فدرال آلمان در امور اقتصاد و کنترل صادرات نیاز دارد. این مجوز برای محموله‌ی مورد نظر صادر نشده بوده است.

بخشنامه‌ی مقابله با شکنجه در آلمان صادرات کالاهایی را ممنوع یا مشروط به صدور مجوزهای ویژه می‌کند که برای اجرای حکم اعدام، شکنجه یا دیگر صورت‌های رفتار یا مجازات غیرانسانی، تحقیرآمیز یا وحشیانه مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند.

داروی حقیقت‌گویی یا "سرم اعتراف‌گیری" به ماده مخدری اطلاق می‌شود که به منظور گرفتن اطلاعات از فردی به کار گرفته می‌شود که حاضر به اعتراف بدان نیست. گمان می‌رود که سرویس‌های مخفی و اطلاعاتی یکی از استفاده‌کنندگان از این دارو باشند. در آلمان و اتریش کاربرد این ماده در بازجویی ممنوع است.

از جمله تأثیرات تیوپنتال این است که به محض تزریق این سرم، فرد به طور معمول بسیار اهل گفت‌وگو و مراوده می‌شود و بدون تأمل افکارش را بیان می‌کند. این ماده در واقع توان داوری و قدرت تمرکز فرد قربانی را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد و کارشناس بازجویی را قادر می‌کند تا فرد قربانی را به سوی اعتراف در زمینه‌ی اطلاعات مطلوب بازجو هدایت کند.

یک برداشت گمراه‌کننده‌ی رایج این است که کاربرد "سرم حقیقت‌گویی" به طور خودکار قربانی را به سمت بیان حقیقت هدایت می‌کند. در حالی که فردی که تحت تأثیر این ماده‌ی مخدر قرار گرفته، قادر است همچون قبل دروغ بگوید، ولی نسبت به تلقین‌هایی که به او می‌شود آسیب‌پذیرتر است.

از تیوپنتال برای آماده‌کردن محکومان به اعدام با تزریق سم نیز استفاده می‌شود.

حاکمیت ایران در طول ۳۳ سال حیات خود بارها به استفاده از مواد و داروهای روان‌گردان در بازجویی از زندانیان سیاسی متهم شده است. این اتهام‌ها و بحث "شکنجه سفید" به ویژه از سال ۱۳۸۰ و از زمان بازداشت گروهی چهره‌های ملی‌مذهبی و افراد نزدیک به نهضت آزادی ایران بالا گرفت.

در بازداشت‌های گسترده فعالان سیاسی در تابستان سال ۱۳۸۸ نیز استفاده از داروهای ویژه بازجویی‌ها در زندان‌های ایران بار دیگر به نگرانی‌ها افزود.

در ۲۴ مرداد ۱۳۸۸ جمعی از خانواده‌های بازداشت شدگان پس از انتخابات ریاست جمهوری در بیانیه‌ای که در بسیاری از وبسایت‌های خبری فارسی‌زیان منتشر شد به «استفاده از دارو برای درهم‌شکستن و اعتراف‌گیری از بازداشت‌شدگان اشاره کرده‌اند.»

در این بیانیه نوشته شده بود: «اجبار زندانیان به استعمال داروهایی که اثرات جسمی و روانی فراوان بر روی مصرف کننده آن دارد، همه خانواده‌ها را نگران کرده و با توجه به این که اعتراف‌گیری تحت فشار و آزار و در شرایط غیرعادی، از جمله استعمال داروهای خاص، برای تدارک‌دیدگان سناریوی انقلاب مخملی واجد اهمیت فراوان است و هرگونه افشای حقیقت در این زمینه برای آنان هزینه‌های گزاف دارد، تلاش زیادی برای مستور ماندن این اقدامات غیرانسانی در زندان‌ها می‌شود.»

The fact that the Administrator decided to keep this off the front page ( a simple parody that does not fit with the Israel butt-kissing usually seen here) shows it struck a nerve.  Humor often reveals truth.

Instead the Admin didn't list this page on the front, and put a 3 part story about "Lumpism" [?] (i.e., some make-believe man-hating nonsense nobody cares about) that led to the self-immolation of the person who wrote it, and several promotional write-ups about the 'Shahs of Sunset' (i.e., 3 or 4 greedy Jews and narcissistic LA bimbos that are trying to spread defamatory media images of Iranians at a time when talk of war is in the air).  

The Israelis who pose as Iranians on this site, and the MEK/Rajavi people, have posted non-stop on this site for several years. There are very few Iranians here, as I was told at a Norooz celebration with several hundred real Iranians who said the same thing and encouraged me to join; The Israelis/MEK people are used to the Admins/owners bending over for them and taking one for the team.  They will not get that with me: I actually care about my country, and don't give a shit about them.  

And then there are the 'God forbid IF they are Iranians' group who pretend the people who are running this site are serious journalists.   At best, the people that run this site are just cyber-squatters of the domain name Iranian.com.  The essence of the site is closer to IsraeliPropaganda.com, MaryamRajavi.com, or SelectiveCensorship.com.

At some point their balls will totally shrivel to the point where they will ban my content all-together and totally turn over the site to the Zionist/MEK/Separatist crowd.   It seems that it's becoming obvious, I read a story in Armenian that encouraged people to ignore this site, and not do business with HyeSingles.com (one of the parent advertisers run by the same guy that puts on the Iranian dating ads); the story was in one of the leading Armenian Newspapers (in the editorials section)   

Any time the Admins/Owners, the VOA people, Saman Arababi, the Advertisers, and their groupies want to debate me on video in person -- at the same time -- the offer is there.
