What should you do if you have a Iranian/Persian video or music and wanna share?

If you are a Iranian/Persian and you want to share your content there are a lot of ways, websites like youtube.com and www.iraniantube.net are an answer.

but the thing is you would be difucult to find, so if you are targeting just for iranian/persian people the best is to upload your content to www.iraniantube.net, they accept al videos and don't delete like youtube.
