I second Sandra suggestion. Although some decisions are inherent to the makeup of one's character, but I don't think you can overcome that rarity by retreat.
Dear Sadra,
by KavehAhangarAdel on Sat Aug 28, 2010 03:06 PM PDTThanks for the suggestions. Definite food for thought as I will contemplate starting that back up again. I understand that for sake of brevity it may be easier for some to see the artwork here. Thanks again and I hope to have more feedback from you and many more as I believe honesty and dialogue along with truly wanting the best for others is a quality rarely found nowadays.

Dear Kaveh
by Sadra on Sat Aug 28, 2010 01:34 PM PDTThank you for your response. I understand the reason you started your own blogs--a very good idea. But I still believe that you can cross-post your art blogs here. There are several other contributors on Iranian.com who cross-post the content of their personal blogs here. I don't think it is redundant, because usually you have different audiences in your blogs and here. Anyhow, the decision is yours, but I think seeing the art inside your blog is helpful in getting you and your work better known. The extra click might be an impediment for some users.
Peace,
Sadra jan,
by KavehAhangarAdel on Sat Aug 28, 2010 11:27 AM PDTI am humbled by your comments. I appreciate your kind words immensely. It is gratifying to see that ther are people like you who find something in them that touches them.
About your question: i used to actually submit my work directly to the Cartoon section of the Iranian.com but it seemed that it wasn't getting through. So then I started to upload them into my blog here and after many submissions I decided to just start my own separate blog and release the work that way and link it here so if anyone is interested they can view them there.
As an Artist I am not one to boast my work and it felt a little redundant to post them actual cartoons in two places. :) So I hope that the content of what I write and draw strikes a chord.
Thank you again, and again I am humbled by your comments.
Kaveh

Hi Kaveh
by Sadra on Sat Aug 28, 2010 12:40 AM PDTI really enjoy your art. It is unique and speaks volumes in support of human rights.
I wonder why you don't put your cartoons in your blogs (I mean uploading the images, as opposed to putting a link to the original on your blog). All the other site artists put their cartoons in their blogs. It makes it easier for the readers to see the artwork and to react to it. Is there any reason you don't? Would you like some pointers on how to do it?
I think your works are very thoughtful and should be seen by all.
