For what it's worth, "No Fear" has described himself as a "right-wing activist" and has said that he dislikes "leftists", etc. But I think you are right to observe that, for the most part, in the West it is the "radical left" (e.g. present and former Commies and the like, such as George Galloway) who have a soft spot in their hearts for the Twelfth Imam's earthly representative, pending his return from his state of "occultation".

BTW, what is a self-described "right-wing" activist who propagandizes on behalf of AN-e Botshekan and his faction of the IRI (which "No Fear" lamely calls IRI Version 2.0) doing apparently living in one of the Satans (i.e. Great Satan or Little Satan)?

Speaking of "absolute rubbish": IRI's "constitution"

Article 2:

"The Islamic Republic is a system based on belief in:

1. the single God (as stated in the phrase "There is no god except Allah"), His exclusive sovereignty and the right to legislate, and the necessity of submission to His commands" 

Article 6: 

"During the Occultation of the Wali al-Asr (may God hasten his reappearance), the wilayah and leadership of the Ummah devolve upon the just ('adil] and pious [muttaqi] faqih, who is fully aware of the circumstances of his age; courageous, resourceful, and possessed of administrative ability, will assume the responsibilities of this office in accordance with Article 107".

The "constitution" defines "The Religious Army" as such:

"In the organization and equipping of the countries defense forces, there must be regard for faith and religion as their basis and rules. And so the Islamic Republic's army, and the corps of Revolutionary Guards must be organized in accordance with this aim. They have responsibility not only for the safeguarding of the frontiers, but also for a religious mission, which is Holy War (JIHAD) along the way of God, and the struggle to extend the supremacy of God's Law in the world." 

("Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into the hearts of the enemies of God and your enemies, and others beside")

You keep on saying "they" who are "they"? as an IRI Supporter don't YOU believe that IRI is the government of God on earth and Velayateh Faghih e Vaghih will carry God's will on earth and on people until such time that imam mehdi decides to come down to earth fro his Harm-Sara in the sky? And if IRI is not government of god or his representative on earth (and we have to expect worse than this shit) what is it than and why are you and others like you tearing up your ass for IRI???

The 12th Imam's story is that he was born to a slave girl of the 11th Imam, after she was in his household for 3 months! Then the 11th Imam died at age 14 due to obesity ... he was so fat that he couldn't walk on his own!

Now all the stupid Shia Muslims believe that the whole universe, from every little atom to the largest galaxy, is being commanded and "run" by that little bastard who was actually abducted and killed by the followers of his "cousin" who wanted to be the 12th Imam himself.

I mean, some people say that Islam has crapped "chunkies" all over Iran. But I say that by establishing Shiaism as an Islamic sect, we are at least even!

I was thinking the same ,at very least I was expecting the big guns like Q, Jaleho, Sargord and other... well know Shariati & IRI lovers come out with Quran in one hand and sword in other to defend the honor of their beloved Islam.:o)

Also it seems to me this subject of Mahdaviat to be very touchy and sore subject for the IRI lovers. Perhaps we should blog more and write more about this subject, what do you think?

Those who believe in the " Government of Mahdi ", do not believe any other "men created"  government is credible or legitimate. Thats why many who truely believe in Mahdaviyat , do not participate in any form of government.  They see only one government as the legitimate one, and that is of GOD.

Don't listen to a bunch of farts who pretend to know about Iran's politics.

With one huge difference and that is; the Messianic-Mehdi believers have guns on their side with no hesitation to use it and they are in process of building the big gun, and that makes their doctrine that much more apocalyptic.

We got d Christian version in d US 2 (2nd coming of Christ),..

but not as crazy as the mahdi followers.  Although, I think that any religion that gets enough power will abuse it.
