You must fight Islam! Remember what the arabs did to Persia. They gave Persians three options:

1- Convert to Islam.

2- Pay worship tax.

3- Die.

A religion of honesty:

Bukhari:V7B67N427 "The Prophet said, 'If I take an oath and later find something else better than that, then I do what is better and expiate my oath.'" Qur'an 9:3 "Allah and His Messenger dissolve obligations." Qur'an 66:2 "Allah has already sanctioned for you the dissolution of your vows." Bukhari:V4B52N268 "Allah's Apostle said, 'War is deceit.'" Qur'an 4:142 "Surely the hypocrites strive to deceive Allah. He shall retaliate by deceiving them." Bukhari:V7B71N661 "Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle and he was bewitched so that he began to imagine doing things which in fact, he had not done." Bukhari:V6B60N8 "Umar said, 'Our best Qur'an reciter is Ubai. And in spite of this, we leave out some of his statements because Allah's Apostle himself said, "Whatever verse or revelation We abrogate or cause to be forgotten We bring a better one." Qur'an 33:11 "In that situation the Believers were sorely tried and shaken as by a tremendous shaking. And behold! The Hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease said: 'Allah and His Messenger promised us nothing but delusion; they have promised only to deceive us." Qur'an 33:14 "Say: Flight will not avail you if you flee from death, killing, or slaughter. In that case you will not be allowed to enjoy yourselves but a little while. Say, 'Who will screen you, saving you from Allah if he intends to harm and injure you?'" Qur'an 33:21 "You have in (Muhammad) the Messenger of Allah a beautiful pattern of conduct for any one to follow." Qur'an 74:31 "We have appointed nineteen angels to be the wardens of the Hell Fire. We made a stumbling-block for those who disbelieve and We have fixed their number as a trial for unbelievers in order that the people of the Book may arrive with certainty, and that no doubts may be left for the people of the Book, those in whose hearts is a disease. And for those to whom the Scripture Book has been given, and the believers, there should be no doubt. The unbelievers may say, 'What does the Lord intend by this?' The Lord will lead astray whomever He pleases, and He will guide whomever He pleases: and none can know the armies of your Lord except He, and this is no other than a warning to mankind." Qur'an 74:52 "Each one of them wants to be given scrolls of revelation spread out! No! By no means! Nay, this is an admonishment. Let them keep it in remembrance! But they will not heed unless the Lord wants them to. He is the fountain of fear." Bukhari:V2B24N555 "I heard the Prophet say, 'Allah hates for you for asking too many questions.'" Qur'an 89:5 "There surely is an oath for thinking man." Qur'an 92:8 "We will make smooth for him the path to misery." Ishaq:519 "Hajjaj said to the Apostle, 'I have money scattered among the Meccan merchants, so give me permission to go and get it.' Having got Muhammad's permission, he said, 'I must tell lies.' The Apostle said, 'Tell them.'" Qur'an 8:58 "If you apprehend treachery from a people with whom you have a treaty, retaliate by breaking off relations with them." Qur'an 47:24 "Do they not understand the Qur'an? Nay, on the hearts there are locks preventing them from understanding." Ishaq:548 "By Allah, the black mass has spread. Abu Bakr said, 'There is not much honesty among people nowadays.'" Qur'an 5:41 "Whomever Allah wants to deceive you cannot help. Allah does not want them to know the truth because he intends to disgrace them and then torture them." Qur'an 5:101 "Believers! Do not ask questions about things which if made plain and declared to you, may vex you, causing you trouble." Qur'an 5:102 "Some people before you did ask such questions, and on that account they lost their faith and became disbelievers." Ishaq:567 "Muhammad informed Umar [the second Caliph], and he called the Prophet a liar." Tabari IX:36
Ishaq:596 "'Prophet, this group of Ansar have a grudge against you for what you did with the booty and how you divided it among you own people.' 'Ansar, what is this talk I hear from you? What is the grudge you harbor against me? Do you think ill of me? Did I not come to you when you were erring and needy, and then made rich by Allah?' 'You came to us discredited, when your message was rejected by the Quraysh, and we believed you. You were forsaken and deserted and we assisted you. You were a fugitive and we took you in, sheltering you. You were poor and in need, and we comforted you." Bukhari:V6B60N662 "Allah's Apostle said, 'Some eloquent speech is as effective as magic.'" Tabari VI:110 "When Muhammad brought a revelation from Allah canceling what Satan had cast on the tongue of His Prophet, the Quraysh said, 'Muhammad has repented of [reneged on] what he said concerning the position of our gods with Allah. He has altered [the bargain] and brought something else.' Those two phrases which Satan had cast on Muhammad's tongue of were in the mouth of every polytheist. The Messenger said, 'I have fabricated things against Allah and have imputed to Him words which He has not spoken.'" Qur'an 40:32 "O my People! I fear a Day when there will be mutual wailing. No one shall defend you against Allah. Any whom Allah causes to err, there is no guide. That is how Allah leads the skeptic astray." Ishaq:248 "Allah has sealed their hearts and their hearing, blinding them so that they will never find guidance. And that is because they have declared you a liar and they do not believe in what has come down from their Lord to you even though they believe in all that came down before you. For opposing you they will have an awful punishment." Qur'an 2:6 "As for the disbelievers, it is the same whether you warn them or not; they will not believe. Allah has set a seal upon their hearts, upon their hearing, and a covering over their eyes. There is a great torment for them." Qur'an 2:9 "They deceive Allah and those who believe, but they only deceive themselves, and realize (it) not! In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease. Grievous is the painful doom they (incur) because they (lie)." Qur'an 8:18 "This and surely; Allah weakens the deceitful plots of unbelieving infidels." Qur'an 8:30 "Remember how the unbelievers plotted against you (Muhammad). They plotted, and Allah too had arranged a plot; but Allah is the best schemer." Ishaq:323 "I am the best of plotters. I deceived them with My guile so that I delivered you from them." Qur'an 8:49 "When the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is a disease said: 'The religion has deceived and misled them.'" Qur'an 8:71 "If they try to deceive you, remember they have deceived Allah before." Tabari VII:85
Ishaq:363 "The Jews of the Qaynuqa replied, 'Muhammad, do you think that we are like your people? Do not be deluded by the fact that you met a people with no knowledge and you made good use of your opportunity.'" Ishaq:365
Tabari VII:94 "Muhammad bin Maslamah said, 'O Messenger, we shall have to tell lies.' 'Say what you like,' Muhammad replied. 'You are absolved, free to say whatever you must.'" Bukhari:V5B59N369 "Allah's Apostle said, 'Who is willing to kill Ka'b bin Ashraf who has hurt Allah and His Apostle?' Thereupon Muhammad bin Maslamah got up saying, 'O Allah's Apostle! Would you like me to kill him?' The Prophet said, 'Yes,' Maslamah said, 'Then allow me to say false things in order to deceive him.' The Prophet said, 'You may say such things.'" Qur'an 61:5 "Moses said: 'O my people, why do you annoy and insult me, when you well know I am Allah's Messenger?' Then when they turned away, Allah caused them to be deceived." Bukhari:V4B52N233 "Allah's Apostle forbade the people to travel to a hostile country carrying copies of the Qur'an. [He said:] Unbelievers will never understand our signs and revelations." Ishaq:248 "Allah increases their sickness. A tormented doom awaits the Jews. Allah said, 'They are mischief makers. They are fools. The Jews deny the truth and contradict what the Apostle has brought. I will mock them and let them continue to wander blindly.'" Bukhari:V4B52N147 "Allah's Apostle said, 'A man may seem as if he were practicing the deeds of Paradise while in fact he is from the people of Hell.'" Qur'an 13:27 "Say, 'God leads whosoever He wills astray.'" Ishaq:383 "One of the young men's fathers confronted Muhammad and said, 'You have robbed my son of his life by your deception and brought great sorrow to me.'" Qur'an 3:24 "They have been deceived by the lies they have themselves fabricated; their religion has deceived them." Ishaq:397 "Then Allah said, 'It is not for any prophet to deceive." Ishaq:442 "By Muhammad's order we beguiled them." Tabari VIII:23 "The Messenger and his Companions continued in the fear and distress that Allah has described in the Qur'an. Then Nu'aym came to the Prophet. 'I 've become a Muslim, but my tribe does not know of my Islam; so command me whatever you will.' Muhammad said, 'Make them abandon each other if you can so that they will leave us; for war is deception.'" Ishaq:496 "'By Allah you lie,' one said to another. 'Liar yourself!' 'You are a disaffected person arguing on behalf of the diseased." Bukhari:V4B53N453 "When the Prophet wanted to perform the Umrah, the Quraysh stipulated that he could not preach (Islam). So Ali started writing a treaty. 'This is what Muhammad, Apostle of Allah, has agreed to.' The (Meccans) said, 'If we believed that you were the Apostle of Allah we would have followed you. So write, 'This is what Muhammad bin Abdallah has agreed to.' The Apostle could not write, so he asked Ali to erase the expression: 'Apostle of Allah.' On that Ali said, 'I will never erase it.' Muhammad said, 'Let me see the paper.' The Prophet erased the expression with his own hand."

Rosie T.

Abermard/Abrimard (sic)

by Rosie T. on

I want to say that I am Jewish and I do not see Abermard as anti-Semitic in any way, shape or form.  He's a conciliator.  He tries to be a peacemaker.  In doing so, he always tries to show that we are all like the blind man and the elephant, and that each person has their own piece of the truth.  For this one, the elephant's leg is a tree, for that one the elephant's trunk is a snake.  His point is that all together we could see the elephant.  It is natural in such cases when a person is willing to face the somewhat frightening fact that no one person, including himself, could possibly have access to the whole truth, that that person will point out things in different arguments which others find offensive.  But that's not his point, to say this is right or this is wrong.  His point is for us to recognize that we are ALL BOTH right and wrong.  And to learn to live with this very uncomfortable paradox and find common ground for peaceful discussion.

His discussion here of religion and culture is highly nuanced.  He makes the for him very unusual statement of saying KS does not have Iran's best interests at heart based, I'm sure, on the vitriole of KS in his Killer Shark rather than King Solomon incarnation, with which we are all familiar.  He also tells people here they're wrong based on their hateful tone.  Abermard RARELY says anyone is WRONG on facts and perceptions.  He understands their inherent subjectivity.  If I may be so bold as to explain for him, what he finds wrong here is the negative ATTITUDE of these posts

I do have one problem in Abermard's post here.  I DO think it's ESSENTIAL to CRY OUT that the hardliners of the IRI DO EVIL THINGS. However, I think they are no more evil than things the Bush administration does--as I have always said, Cheney/Khamenei--Siamese twins separated at birth, now happily reunited.  Of course the military might of the US makes some say that Bush is MORE evil, but that's a question of quantity, not quality.  In reality, one stoning of one person, with the stones carefully selected in size to ensure the prolongation of agony before death, coupled with the public humiliation, AFTER a long lashing, is AS evil as the misdeeds in Iraq.  Quantity is not the issue.  The issue is ESSENCE. We witness acts both by the current US regime (and previous ones) and the IRI which are wholly EVIL.

Does it mean they ARE evil because they do such evil things?  This is an abstruse discussion. It reminds me of a poem I wrote two decades ago on Khomeini's death:  "And I am troubled/by a great desperate and dictatorial love/for the Poles the Chinese and the man with the eyebrows/saying save us we are drowning/to his turbanned god in his mosque in the sky/If I love you can I kill you/ayatollah ayatollah I am drowning I am drowning."

I wish Abermard would cry out with me, "Yes they DO EVIL things" if not "They ARE evil."  But that's not the point.  The point is he ENCOURAGES you to say they're evil if you choose.  And he encourages you to make the exact distinction that I do:  that  Islamacism MUST be kept separate from Islam itself.  What is Islam?  Islam is a WORD.  Islam is as much the great Persian scholars of the Abassid preserving the Classics without which there would have been no Renaissance and no modernity, it is as much Shah Ismail, the Azeri Sufi Shia warrior teen who rebuilt Iran from the hills of skulls of the Mongols and Tatars, and Hafez and Mohammad Ali the boxer and Benazir, as it is Khomeini and Wahabbism.  It's a WORD.  It's just a WORD.

And he knows this.  He's my hamsafar, my "landsman", my "hamvatan" in a country without borders, without separations, without false dichotomies where we are all ONE. He is my brother. If you accuse him of anti-Semitism, you accuse me of anti-Semitism, and the lessons i learned about human compassion from the decimation of my grandfather's shtetl in Byelorus by the Nazis, which I've TRIED so hard to bring to this website, were all in vain.

deliberate islamist confusing techniques

by Zion on

It is a common islamist technique, when faced with the undeniable violent essence of islam, to generalize it to all religions and especially compare it with the Bible (actually the Tanach (Old Testament for christians)). This is a wrong comparison for a simple reason. The kind of violence in the Tanach is  telling of a mixture of history and myth. It is in the past, about a specific time and place. It is also not ideological in nature, it is basically of wars between different tribes. Therefore it is exactly the same as the kind of violence and wars you find in say, the Shahnameh or in the Iliad.

Islam is different completely. The islamic call for violence is timeless, and is based on a defined ideology. It is not against this or that tribe, but against the "infidel", the "unbelievers" and is waged to dominate the entire world to its "doctrine". To deliberately confuse the two cases is simply meant to deceive. There is  an element of this already in the new testament, with jesus claiming he has brought the sword and come to separate father from the son and so on. But that is still only within the confines of Jews historically. More importantly, as in Christianity it is not the New Testament and the gospels  that are central, but the figure of Jesus Christ, the Church and the Holy Spirit. The gospels were not in anyways that important at all until the lutheran evangelical movement, but even then, the central place the living Christ and the Holy Spirit that does the real transformation. Not so in Islam. In Islam it is all about Koran, and Koran is a violent ideological call for killing and invasion (particularly in Medina suras).

More importantly however is the wrong logic of the Islamists. Even if their comparisons with other religions and the Bible was correct, which it isn't, it would still be irrelevant. Just because something else is wrong does not justify the acceptance of yet another wrong. You should deal with your own mess if you agree there is something wrong wit it. That is what others have done with theirs and liberated themselves from the pangs of old superstitions. It is time, it is actually very late, for YOU to do the same with YOURS.

Kouroush Sassanian Is Psychotic

by Mehdi on

And I don't mean that just as an insult - I mean it in the true sense of the word. I still remember his postings about how he would love to see Iran bombed by the US. He has a thing for blood. He is psychotic. He even left a comment here confirming how he loves to see people fight (over religion). The more violence the better, in his view. I think his ideal world is a world torn to pieces in a devestating war between religions where every man, woman and child is burned and every home is destroyed and there are ruins everywhere. I think he would then open a bottle of beer and enjoy the moment. He has NO honorable motive. His motive is just destruction - bloodshed. I would say to him, "Go to hell!" but he already is in hell. How could someone have so much hatred for all mankind and not be in hell? He must be VERY lonely - and that is the ultimate pain. I wish he could be salvaged. I don't think anybody truly deserves to have such a painful existence - not even him.

Muslims foam at the mouth

by Anonymous11 (not verified) on

Muslims foam at the mouth about the Crusades because they constituted "an invasion of Muslim lands." Yet the Muslims had taken those lands from Jewish and Christian majority polities by conquest, some as recently as 150 years prior to the First Crusade.

Iran and all other "Arab" states - including Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, and Algeria, as well as the entity under the Palestinian Authority - were originally non-Arab nations that were conquered by the Muslim Arabs when they spread out from the Arabian peninsula in the first great wave of jihad in the 7th century, defeating, killing, enslaving, dispossessing, converting, or reducing to the lowly status of dhimmitude millions of Christians and Jews, Zoroastrian exodus to India, and destroying their language (Phoenicians in Lebanon didn't speak Arabic)(Iran is the only country that was able to sustain its own language thanks to our brave poet, Ferdowsi) ancient and flourishing civilizations.
Prior to being Christian, of course, these lands had even more ancient histories. Phraonic Egypt, for example, was not an Arab country through its 3,000-year history.
Islam is what Islam does and has done and is still doing. In that context,
It should not be regarded as a religion but a tool for grabbing
Economic and political power over resources…not that Christianity didn’t devolve to such perversion later on but it’s beginnings were not anything imperialistic as it was the inception of Islam.

"The Reformation and Islam"

"Historical analogy is a favourite mode of argument for many politicians and commentators. Nothing wrong with that but if it is to be helpful and illuminating the analogy needs to be correct and based upon an accurate understanding of the past events that are being compared to current happenings. If so it will help us to understand what is going on and to have some idea of what may happen in the future. If not it will actually hinder real understanding. A classic example of the way that this can happen is given by much of the commentary on the state of contemporary Islam and the nature of Islamism (or fundamentalist Islam as it is misleadingly called).

A recurring element of much analysis is the claim that "Islam needs a Reformation" or that "Islam is waiting for a Luther". What we have here is an analogy, between the state of Islam today and that of Latin Christianity in the later fifteenth or early sixteenth century, which leads to a diagnosis, that what is needed is a movement within Islam similar in nature to the Protestant upheaval of the sixteenth century. This analogy is deeply misleading in a number of ways. In particular it misunderstands the nature of the actual events of the sixteenth century and of mainstream Protestantism. It leads to a fundamental misreading of the nature of Islamist movements and ideas, and of their likely consequences. However, a corrected version of this analogy, which draws upon more recent developments in our understanding of the history of Latin Christianity in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries and later, not only gives an insight into the nature of the ideological conflict that has been going on since at least the 1920s, but also provides hints as to what strategy should be adopted to deal with Islamist movements and ideas.

The notion of contemporary Islam standing in need of a Reformation reflects a particular view of both Protestantism and pre-Reformation Catholicism that has become part of the folk memory of the educated in most of the historically Protestant nations, particularly the US and UK.

In this perspective the late medieval Church was backward, obscurantist and dogmatic. The Reformers burst open this closed system of thought and opened up dogma to individual judgment and criticism. The Reformation is thus connected with freethought, individualism, and the decline of religious authority in the secular sphere. To this way of thinking there is a direct connection between Protestantism and the later emergence of modern liberalism.

In fact this radically misunderstands the nature of mainstream Protestantism and the motives and ideas of the majority of Reformers. It also caricatures the actual condition and quality of late medieval Catholicism. It makes more sense to see the Reformation, not as a 'progressive' movement but as a conservative reaction to the humanism, rationalism and scepticism of the Renaissance, and also as a response to the increased contact between Europe and other parts of the world. The Reformers saw the Church as too worldly, contaminated by pagan survivals and philosophy, and too interested in abstract reason rather than faith. They wanted literally a Re-Formation, a restoration of the church to its original pristine and apostolic condition. They also wanted to purify society and to use the secular power to enforce Christian practices and ethics upon the general population. Where they had power, as in Geneva, the result was a theocracy. They did argue against the need for a distinct clergy, but this did not mean support for unrestrained individual judgement. Rather it meant submission to the consensus of the learned and the rule of the 'Elect'. "...

One is that the most likely consequence of this movement is dissension and civil war within the Islamic world as much as conflict between the Islamic world and the rest of humanity.. The desire to create a purified version of the religion, free from what are seen as accretions, leads to a rejection of many actually existing practices and forms of worship which then have to be suppressed. It also means that there will be increasingly bitter divisions within the Islamist movement itself as well as between it and both the mainstream of Islam. Moreover the example of the impact of the Reformation on European thought suggests that one consequence will be a subsequent reaction within the Islamic world against literalist and strict versions of the faith, with an emphasis instead upon personal piety, in the way the reaction against the religious enthusiasm of Reformation and Counter-Reformation led to the appearance of pietism and natural theology among groups such as the 'Moderates' who came to dominate the 18th century Church of Scotland.

However the most important conclusion that we might draw from a revised analogy of this kind is that what the Islamic world actually needs is an Enlightenment rather than a Reformation. One of Bertrand Russell's favourite remarks, which he made in several of his works, was that Christianity was a religion that had 'lost its nerve'. By this he meant that it had made critical concessions to the universalist and rationalist ideas of the Enlightenment and above all that it no longer took seriously some of its central claims, in particular the claim that the Christian faith was the only way to salvation with the only alternative eternal damnation. This should lead to the conclusion that the thing to do is to argue for secularism and rationalism and most importantly, to encourage the critical analysis of the text of the Quran. The Islamist movement in politics and ideas is best thought of as a reaction within the Islamic world against the main elements of modernity, which responds to the challenge posed by modernity and the Enlightenment in the same kind of way that Reformers responded to the impact of the Renaissance."

Thank you Abarmand!  Of course, everything on MemriTV is staged. Those all are actors! Most Iranians have been feed lies about how Persians openly accepted Islam. Persians openly accepted Islam, as Jews accepted the Nazism.   Islam is rotten to the core; its founder was a rapist, murderer, and a pedophile!

Iran released their own

by Anonymousq (not verified) on

Iran released their own version of "The Passion of Christ" but without the Crucifixion and bleached hair.
AFP reported:

A director who shares the ideas of Iran's hardline president has produced what he says is the first film giving an Islamic view of Jesus Christ, in a bid to show the "common ground" between Muslims and Christians.

Nader Talebzadeh sees his movie, "Jesus, the Spirit of God," as an Islamic answer to Western productions like Mel Gibson's 2004 blockbuster "The Passion of the Christ," which he praised as admirable but quite simply "wrong".

"Gibson's film is a very good film. I mean that it is a well-crafted movie but the story is wrong -- it was not like that," he said, referring to two key differences: Islam sees Jesus as a prophet, not the son of God, and does not believe he was crucified.

What about other religions?

by Food for Thought on

Religion has always been created to control the masses. And the powers that 'run' the west want to destroy religions which will not bow to their power. In this respect the 'war on terror' is their way of weakening an alternative power source.

Check out this atricle on how the myth of jesus was created:

//www.nexusmagazine.com/articles/NewTestament.html

You do not have to believe it but you should read it.

I think anyone who accepts 'faith' without thinking about it is being used and manipulated. However, it is up to each individual to make up their own mind about what they believe.

Abarmard

An answer, my Iranian friends

by Abarmard on

I begin to say that be afraid of people like the author of this article. He obviously does not have Iran’s best interest in heart based on all his previous postings.
Dear Iranian friends. I whole heartedly agree with the bases of Islam and religion being backward. I say religion because if I was to criticize the Jewish religion as an example, I would say that the entire religion is based on a lie. If you read the Old Testament, the mother and the son lied to their father in order to “steal” fathers' wealth therefore the Judaism was created. So be careful when talking about any religion out of context. The crime of Christianity is not hidden to anyone or Christians either.
If you would like to take the argument to say that today Islam is producing savage mentality and terrorists, you must look a bit deeper at the cultures and the societies that produce those groups. You must know that a Moslem in Saudi Arabia and a Moslem in Lebanon are different. Same as a Moslem in china and Moslem in Egypt or Indonesia are different. The reason is Culture. I could argue that religion assimilates with the culture and produces its own version.
Please note that if you see anger and savage/backward mentality is not always because of Islam. They are many Hindu or Christians in India or elsewhere that are very violent because of the lack of socio-cultural advancement. Mainly the reasons have been political.
Dear Iranian friends, do not fall into the tricks of separating Iranians. If you want to say that Islamic Republic is evil, stay on that course and try to separate individual beliefs with political system. We must be careful not to cause any separation among us to let Iran become a divided nation (physically). I would suggest to most Iranians to begin reading books such as “God but no god” by Reza Aslan. That book will give you a better historical background about Islam. You don’t need to judge people’s belief to be democratic; on the contrary, you must be aware about all different beliefs and regardless of your ideology have respect for them.

Finally you should trust Memritv as much as IRIB!

Stockholm Syndrome

by Kouroush Sassanian on

We are nicely moving along! You Iranian muslims hold the key to your own cell. All you have to do is place the key in, turn and you will be free of Islam.

You should read Tabari to know the hatered Arab muslims had for Persians. You should know your history. You should know how many Persian women and children were sent back to Saudi Arabia as sex slaves.

For two hundred years Arabs raped, looted, and destroyed your land, yet you bend over thanking your rapists. Read about the Stockholm Syndrome to understand why Iranians are so drawn to Islam. There are other reasons, but that's good place to start.

You consider yourself muslims when the Saudis consider you pagans. You spend millions in your travels to Saudi Arabia to thank you rapists. Does this make sense? Why is it so many of you have a dislike for Arabs, but readily claim Islam as your religion?

If you can read this post you can do your own research about the arab invasion of Persia. The question is are you ready to know the truth. Yes, it will disturb you, but it will set you free.

Islam is good

by Iranian- (not verified) on

Hey "Kouroush Sassanian" or whatever the hell is your name is, listen to this. You and ALL the bad people who are the likes of you, bad mouth Islam because you really DON'T and can not believe in God! You can not be a true Christian or Jew either because a true believer in God can not be so unjust and evil. In fact I believe that you must have no soul or decency as a human being! Just a weak person hiding behind the cover of you blog in a free society that allows you to preach hate!

The actual verse:

Exodus

2:11 And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown, that he went out unto his brethren, and looked on their burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his brethren.

2:12 And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand.

The God of the western civilized people:

by Daily chicken (not verified) on

Genesis:
1. Because God liked Abel's animal sacrifice more than Cain's vegetables, Cain kills his brother Abel in a fit of religious jealousy. 4:8

2. God drowns everything that breathes air. From newborn babies to koala bears -- all creatures great and small, the Lord God drowned them all. 7:21-23 (Probably because of a 9-11 incident)

3. God tells Abram to kill some animals for him. The needless slaughter makes God feel better. 15:9-10

4. Lot refuses to give up his angels to the perverted mob, offering his two "virgin daughters" instead. He tells the bunch of angel rapers to "do unto them [his daughters] as is good in your eyes." This is the same man that is called "just" and "righteous" in 2 Pet.2:7-8. 19:7-8

5. God kills everyone (men, women, children, infants, newborns) in Sodom and Gomorrah by raining "fire and brimstone from the Lord out of heaven." Well, almost everyone -- he spares the "just and righteous" Lot and his family. 19:24

Exodus
1. Moses murders an Egyptian after making sure that no one is looking. 2:11-12

2. God will make sure that Pharaoh does not listen to Moses, so that he can kill Egyptians with his armies. 7:4

3. After God has sufficiently hardened the Pharaoh's heart, he kills all the firstborn Egyptian children. When he was finished "there was not a house where there was not one dead." Finally, he runs out of little babies to kill, so he slaughters the firstborn cattle, too. 12:29

4. Under God's direction, Moses' army defeats the Midianites. They kill all the adult males, but take the women and children captive. When Moses learns that they left some live, he angrily says: "Have you saved all the women alive? Kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves." So they went back and did as Moses (and presumably God) instructed, killing everyone except for the virgins. In this way they got 32,000 virgins -- Wow! [Even God gets some of the booty -- including the virgins. (31:28-29)] 31:1-54 28-29

The above is just a handfull of all the gory stuff you can find in the Bible.

What an insult to Iranians.

by ALI (not verified) on

So, according to you; Iranians were such cheap and weak cowards that they chose to change their entire way of life, adopt a new religion that they didn't really want and kept it for 14 centuries because they didn't want to PAY TAXES and were too afraid to die fighting the oppressors in order to keep their integrity and identity?!!!!!! What a PATHETIC nation!! What a hypocrites nation who faked their beliefs for so many centuries!!!! If your historical analysis is true then we should all be ashamed to even be associated with our Persian ancestors.

But the fact is that your historical analysis is BS and you are insulting our nation. You and uneducated people like you, are causing more damage to Iran and Iranians than any intelligent enemy. Your love for Iran is nothing but doostiyeh Khaleh kherseh.

to whoever wrote this here: THANK YOU

by Anonymoustoo (not verified) on

You said it so elequently that it deserves to be repeated:

Islam produces nothing, generates nothing, invents nothing and creates nothing; it is entirely parasitic.

It kites itself on the achievements, the inventions, the discipline, the innovation, the imagination and wealth generation of host populations that it manages to conquer.

As a result, as soon as Islam become the majority, the lights of civilization are quickly extinguished and what was once a vibrant culture lists and sinks into eternal torpor.

Hi Mahmoud Haghshenas,

My comment has nothing to do with this blog (sorry guys!), but your writing is just so similar to our "Shaer"...I just wonder if you are the same person as him or not? Or you are just a devoted fan?

Thanks,

Azarin
