The Georgian National Museum is a museum network in Georgia that brings together several leading museums from various parts of the country. There were only few sources online that I could make sure this painting is in Tbilisi, Georgia.
The style of this painting belongs to Qajar School. It is unknown how it ended up in Georgia.
