Professore Ala
by ariane on Wed Sep 14, 2011 03:31 PM PDTProfessor Ala,
Thank you for the time you took to convey the concerns of the people who posted their views on Dr. Ravazadeh to his followers and finally reporting your progress on the matter to us. I believe that was responsible and respectful course of actions towards your audience.
You are absolutely correct on the ethical aspect of not mixing the personal/religious and professional qualities, beliefs, and capabilities of a person. However, i need to remind you, that this is exactly what this gentleman is practicing. He is using religion (or people's ignorance, whatever you may call it) to enhance his profession! He has attracted domestic Iranian media attention (may I say approval) by connecting his medical remedies to religion. There is an element of hypocracy in this that i can feel! Can you?
In normal circumstances you are absolutely right about not prejudicing a man based on his beliefs, however, after all the god forsaken torments that this religion and its representatives have befallen upon us miserable and unlucky nation, aren't we a bit desrving of being prejuidice towards anyone who preaches us?? And why any body who wants to sell a soap, uses religion as a marketing tool? Haven't we been sold to enough already?
God bless you and I thank you again for your follow up!
The purpose of this blog was and still is medical experience....
by Mohammad Ala on Wed Sep 14, 2011 01:59 PM PDTI did more than many have done in Iranian.com. I used my real name in contacting the doctor and conveyed your concerns to Dr. Rava-zadeh through his followers. The issue of this blog was about doctor’s medical experience not his religious views. As one of doctor’s follower told me… Iranians cannot separate personal from professional views.
Susan khanom, the Iranian lady who lived in the USA for 5-6 years contacted several doctors (both Iranians and non-Iranians) regarding her rash… she mentioned one of the Iranian doctors was double board certified (had two board certifications in his area of specialization). She spent over 10K without much result whereas Dr. Ravazadeh’s suggestion cured her. I assume pesticide food in the USA had something to do with her rash. There are other examples in this blog

Dear Soosan Khanoom
by All-Iranians on Tue Sep 13, 2011 01:27 PM PDTSo true; thank you for your comments.
And one more thing
by Soosan Khanoom on Tue Sep 13, 2011 12:55 PM PDTPeople like him who claim to be religious are number ONE reason for making educated people be so anti-religion...
oh come on let us admit it
by Soosan Khanoom on Tue Sep 13, 2011 12:41 PM PDTThis Fake doctor is nuts and once a nuts always a nuts ...
But the problem is not him, the problem is those who are listening to him and those who make excuses for such morons.
So what , there are old nannies who can prescribe anything for diaherra but do you get them to the position to lecture on front of the camera talking BS. NO
These things happen due to lack of education.. Comparing him to great and knowledgeable scholars such as Ibn-e-Sina is an insult to those great scientists.
Mohammad khan with all due respect I suggest you change your sources from your old grandma to something more reasonable when you are trying to dig out about some one as stupid as this guy.
I agree with Dr Ala
by Souri on Tue Sep 13, 2011 12:20 PM PDTWe must learn to recognize the values of good things he says and reject some of his words which we don't find logical or true.
Throwing out the baby with the bath, we Iranians are very good in that !
We must work on this bad habit of us.
Thanks again Dr Ala, for a very impartial deduction on the matter,
Progress report
by Mohammad Ala on Tue Sep 13, 2011 07:42 AM PDTBased on the concerns that were raised about Dr. Ravazadeh, I contacted several people who know him to convey your concerns to him. In addition, I will summarize what these people and a few others told me about this doctor: Here is a summary of several people:
Some of the things he says are true like he said we had pizza, it is actually bread and cheese and tomato paste. He said our mother made it when we were kids. But other things are looney clooney and sometimes funny. He is religious which is good and then bad sometimes. Good from this point that he does not cheat ….. halal-o- haram halish mishavad, and he said if a patient doesn't have money he treats him or her for free and he does that. We have seen this several times. How many other doctors have you seen to do this?
Bad things about him….he says some off remarks that we don't accept. We bought his entire lectures and we listened to them. We accept and follow whatever makes sense and throw or neglect whatever it doesn’t. For example, in one of his lectures he said if you have bloody diarrhea or a heavy diarrhea on a trip drink a teaspoon of golpar damkardeh. 2 months ago xxxx all of a sudden had a bad diarrhea because of fruit narass or a bug at night, I made it and bam! she became well in 5 minutes.
The problem with Iranian people is that when they boycott someone they don't consider what he/she has to say. They are not like other people who separate personal life from professional life. For example we gave the site address to several people….instead of learning something they were complaining about editing problems, the doctor’s look, and other similar stuff. We think he is a good doctor and whatever he said so far has been based on teachings or writings of past Iranians doctors such as Eb-e- Sina (Avicenna)

His wise remarks about chewing gum! Iran today is an ideal breathing ground for scoundlers like him. They breed on ignorance! Plenty of that in modern day Iran. I'm not surprised if he has full shedule!
Use his soaps if you wish! But don't let the likes of this man insult your intelligence!
God Bless You!

How could you have missed all of this? This "doctor" is a quack.
Thanks vildemose
by Mohammad Ala on Sun Sep 11, 2011 01:09 PM PDTThanks vildemose... one link did not work, but the other one worked. It seems to me he is the same doctor who said the non-sense about past Iranian kings. I missed the previous posts.
I will share your thoughts with several people who are close to him.

Please share your experiences with his prescription(s)
by Mohammad Ala on Sun Sep 11, 2011 12:25 PM PDTDr. Ravazadeh was introduced to me by a family member. For example, the soap that he suggests to use is way better than chemical stuff that people use to wash their body.
Please share with us which items that he suggested, did not work for you.
If you have a quote from this doctor about Kouroush/Dariush, please share it with others; otherwise stop being negative. I have NOT met Dr. Ravazadeh and have NO plans to meet with him. From what I hear, his schedule is packed and many cannot obtain appointments to visit him.
I know a lady who lived in the USA and could not cure her rashes over there, by following his prescription got rid of her rashes. Please share your experiences.
