Barney Frank is hilarious. Last time I saw him on TV

The camera cut screens and the shot of him sitting in the chair was so awful. He had his nose up to the ceiling and he was pushing out his stomach. I can't stand that crap. It's so hard to defend that jerk when he behaves like that on national TV!!! Poor rachel. I felt bad for her. I mean Barney has good stuff to say but he delivers it like a late undercooked pizza.
