As per my former post, here’s greater evidence about Ledeen’s lies. Here’s an excerpt from his new book, The Iranian Time Bomb: “the relationship between Iran and al Qaeda over the
years has been so close that it is difficult today not to conclude that
Iran was involved in the 9/11 attacks.”
Can the Iranian-American community advocate against this manipulative liar? Faster please.

Ladeen Is Clean! Yeah..
by Mehdi on Tue Oct 23, 2007 06:27 PM PDTNobody can doubt that Ladeen is only after democracy, peace, fairness and all such grand conn-cepts - I mean concepts. Only an idiot would believe that - like George bush and his criminals in CIA.

by Nazanin Ghasemian on Fri Oct 19, 2007 07:22 PM PDTIf your enemy is Islam or the Iranian government, you're wasting your time by going after me because I don't represent either. I've written that I'm against an attack on Iran and that I think the US policy has failed the US and Iran. I don't have anything else to discuss with you. If you have any questions abou these topics, ask the politicians and journalists who have more influence, instead of focusing so much time and effort on satisfying your curiosities about my opinions.
Nazanine is Rude
by Fredy (not verified) on Fri Oct 19, 2007 07:14 PM PDTNazanin,
You express your opinion and you are entitled. But when people, in response to your comments, ask you specific questions and want your take on it (or your analysis on it), it would be polite to answer back. You have not answered one question here. You just make statements. Just like Ahmadinejad. He does not answer any questions. We have asked you multiple questions here and on other blogs. You are rude by not answering or confronting the issues head on.
What makes you spoiled (and a functional equivalent of an agent of the IRI) is by your rude failure to respond
to the challenges made to your comments. Accordingly, it is safe to assume that you deal the same way with challenges in your life. You ignore them.

I've never told anyone here how to "deal" with a situation. I never claimed to be a politician, expert or journalist. I hardly even blog.
I expressed my observation about people who are asking for Iran to be attacked and why the Iran "policy" has been a failture to both America and Iran. If that makes me an agent and spoiled to you, that makes no sense at all.
From "haters"
by Majid on Fri Oct 19, 2007 05:41 PM PDTDid you get hurt from facing some truth?? "aakhei"!!
That was not my intentions, and speaking of having a "personal beef with you"? I, my dear, don't know you from Adam! What personal beef?
Hate for "Nazanin" ? Never, she could be a lovely person, hate for "Ignorance" ? you bet!
Quiet honestly ? "I" don't care about "your" comments, but once you post one I think it's everyones right to reply to it. If you have any problem with that you can write to magazines where it's a one way media. Otherwise you're telling everybody "let me run my mouth in a wide forum and don't you dare to speak up" !
Don't you worry about my marriage dear, we both are in agreement that "ignorance" will crush under it's own weight , it's just a matter of time before people know who's who!
Again , a spoiled little girl who benefits from some kinda funds here, is the least eligible to express her spoilt opinion on what's going on in Iran, how we Iranians are and how we should deal with OUR situations.
BUT! you're right about one thing, we ARE having fun laughing at your B.S.

by jamshid on Fri Oct 19, 2007 02:26 PM PDTNazanin,
In another of your posts ( The Eyes Won't Take It ), you were also asked a question that now has become "THE" Question. You dodge that question and you dodge other ones in here too.
What does that tells us about you Nazanin? I told you before and I will say it again. If you want to be taken seriously in here, when you are asked a tough question, you've got to answer it, instead of cleverly dodging it.
Now click on this; The Eyes Won't Take It and answer "the" question. But please refrain from fantasizing to injure me as you did in the past, or making fun, or labeling me.
Just answer the questions Nazanin.
Right on!

I wonder what she's thinking in her own little world. I think it's hysterical how she criticizes the "poodle manicuring" gas guzzlers when it's pretty obvious that she herself leads the good life. And now all of a sudden...she's American! I could have sworn she was Iranian earlier. "I don't dodge questions?" OK... maybe I need Prozac cause that is the craziest thing I've ever heard. Y'all are awesome!!!!!! I could stay and read this blog all day long. Please please keep it up. I've never had so much fun.

Ledeen: Lying for a Living
by Nazanin Ghasemian on Fri Oct 19, 2007 06:09 AM PDTI don't dodge questions. If you're referring to the comparision of the arab wars to the possible strikes by US, then you're daft. Yea it is reasonable and it was bound to happen. The US has lost influence and it'll probably get much much worse. Keep on rockin in the free world Fred and friends.
As for Ledeen, he's a liar and he has no business talking about Iran, which he he once had on his list of Arab countries.

Oil oil everywhere
by Anonymousladeen (not verified) on Thu Oct 18, 2007 10:19 PM PDTOk Nazanine,
Dodge the questions again Nazanin. I see you dodge them all over the place here. Ignore the issues. Nuclear affairs are related to the oil (now you can't be that stupid!). Ignore it like the Mullahs and see what happens in a few months. I want to see your posts once you see Iran decimated because it ignores the world. Its futile with you just like its futile with the Shiite fanatics.
Oil oil everywhere
by Nazanin Ghasemian on Thu Oct 18, 2007 09:07 PM PDTI said nuclear affairs, so chillax. Honestly, I hope the price of oil goes up much much much higher. People driving around to get their poodles manicured deserve to pay more for gas.
The freeworld has alread nuked people? Crap!
by AnonymousLedeen (not verified) on Thu Oct 18, 2007 08:31 PM PDTNazanine, assuming that your comment which says "the US has no business in Iran's affairs" is true. Please answer the following questions (each one please- yes or no and why):
1) Does Iran have any business in Lebanon's affairs?
2) Does Iran have any business in Afganistan's affairs?
3) Does Iran have any business in Israel's affairs?
4) Does Iran have any business in Iraq's affairs?
5) Does Iran have any business in Dubai's affairs?
6) Does Iran have any business in Hamas affairs?
7) Does Iran have any business in the Holocaust affairs that occurred 60 years ago and is denied by the Iranian regime (an idiotic move under the circumstances- don't you think)?
The US has every right to be involved in the affairs of Iran. Oil is like water for our economies. Iran's actions can effect the oil supply (60% of it) to the free world. Even if the US does not get its oil from Iran, If Iran for example blocks the straits of Hormuz tomorrow because it does not like the Saudi oil output (the reason Saddam attacked Kuwait), this will raise the price of oil that America is buying from Venezuela. We live in an age were actions by any country (even if its 7000 miles away) can effect us. And because of this you won't be able to drive to your college anymore to listen to your idiot professors who are brainwashing you (wait maybe that is a good thing) :)
Now imagine if Iran has nukes and does this? What the hell is the US supposed to do? Take it up the you know where, because Nazanine says the US has no business in Iran? Are you that Naive? Come on Nazanine be honest and use your intellect. Stop protecting Iran at any cost.
The world has said that if Iran wants nuclear power, that is OK. But do they need the same capacity that could produce nuclear weapons grade material? Its not necessary. Even Russia has offered to supply all the non nuclear weapon grade plutonium that Iran will ever need. Iran has rejected the idea as a "violation of its soverginty". Is this reasonable?
The freeworld has alread nuked people
by Nazanin Ghasemian on Thu Oct 18, 2007 07:46 PM PDTThe USA has no business in Iran's nuclear affairs. Give me a break man. My beloved President is Bush. I'm American. I didn't vote in the Iranian elections. Fred you omitted the civlian plane bombing involving hundreds of dead Iranians.
Lying for A living
by AnonymousLedeen (not verified) on Thu Oct 18, 2007 08:28 AM PDTNazanine and all other IRI lovers- What you don't get is this: Balance of Power. The free world does not like the Mullahs with nukes. Its dangerous. To dangerous for their comfort. The world has watched these idiots shout "marg bar amrica" "marg bar engelis" "marg bar israil" for 30 years now. You see, Ladeen is the answer to garbage Islamists that you support. The world sees the nuke problem with Iran as a redline that can not be crossed. The world will make any excuse to attack Iran if it does not change its ways......
Why don't you ever talk about the extreme lies of the IRI such as: No gays in Iran, No Holocust, Iran is democratic country, woman have rights in Iran, their is fair justice in iran, iran is an advanced nation....this is the bull crap that your dear. president Ahmadinejad spread around the world.....
Just follow the money
by Alborzi (not verified) on Thu Oct 18, 2007 06:15 AM PDTThere is no doubt that during the war/revolution, some get richer and some lose big time. Some of the cheer leaders of Iraq war, were the Shiites. They figured (and here is the money trail), that they will do good once Saddam is gone. Unfortunetley even Shiites are not satisfied. And thats the issue, people who think anything against the mullahs is their gain are sadly mistaken. Iraq has become hell after the genocide.
Ledeen: Lying for a Living
by Nazanin Ghasemian on Thu Oct 18, 2007 05:39 AM PDTHere is an excerpt from a review (the book has not received positive reviews in the press) in the NY Times. You can read the rest here. It is reviewed along side the new book by Ledeen's hero Norman Podhoretz.
Al Qaeda is a mirage too, a mere front for the regime in Tehran. “When you hear ‘Al Qaeda,’ ” Ledeen writes, “it’s probably wise to think ‘Iran.’ ” Not surprisingly, he thinks the mullahs were probably behind 9/11.
If this kind of statement sounds oddly familiar, it should. It’s the 2007 equivalent of the claims made in 2002 and 2003 about Iraq. The years between 9/11 and the Iraq war gave rise to a cottage industry — led by Ledeen’s colleague at the American Enterprise Institute, Laurie Mylroie — charging that Saddam Hussein was the hidden mastermind behind a decade of jihadist terror. While refuted by the 9/11 Commission and mainstream terror experts, these claims had a political effect. They offered cover for top Bush administration officials who were predisposed to believe Iraq represented the real terror threat.
Ledeen not our problem..........
by kavehP (not verified) on Thu Oct 18, 2007 04:43 AM PDTLedeen is a neo-con, with his own fascist agenda. But he is not our problem. at this moment he is not actually harming us.
our problem is IRI. IRI is the one that is killing and imprisoning iranians, mis-managing the country and looting the record oil receipts.
If Iranians get rid of IRI by them selves without outside interfernce , then Ledeen and Bush can say what they like.......

Response to IRI lackeys
by jamshid on Wed Oct 17, 2007 10:20 PM PDTIranianPatriot.... ooooooooouuuhhhh! I am so scared....
First, bacheh soosool, I am neither shaban bi mokhi nor mojahedi. I am just an Iranian, unlike you who are an IRI whore, literally, a whore. Then you call yourself a patriot. But then again, you IRI folks say anything you want about yourself, and accuse others of anything you want too.
Second, I was not talking about the war or who should replace this regime. I was not even talking about the mullahs. I was talking about YOU IRI lackeys and what awaits you.
There will be a bounty on your heads. I promise you that. You will be punished for crimes you and your masters committed against Iranains AND for daring to call yourself a patriot for your acts too.
P.S. If you are against the IRI then what I wrote does not apply to you. It applies to those who know whom they are.
Jamshid, get some body armor
by Iranian patriot (not verified) on Wed Oct 17, 2007 08:36 PM PDTDear Jamshid, are you a Shaban bi Mokh SAVAKI or a Rajavi-worshipper?
Approximately 4,000 troops from the world's most powerful military, the US military, have already been killed in Iraq and more are being killed everyday. These troops have the world's most advanced weapons. You do NOT have such weapons. It would be better if Shaban bi Mokh viruses like you kept your mouths shut before you meet the same destiny that the Mojahedin traitors met when they fought on Saddam's side in the Iran-Iraq war. Iranian patriots know how to deal with animals who help Saddam and Uncle Sam.
