فریدون فرخزاد (۱۵ مهر ۱۳۱۷ در تهران - ۱۶ مرداد ۱۳۷۱ در بن آلمان) شاعر، برنامه‌ساز رادیو و تلویزیون، خواننده، مجری تلویزیونی و رادیویی، ترانه‌سرا، آهنگساز، بازیگر و فعال سیاسی ایرانی معترض به حکومت جمهوری اسلامی ایران بود که با سلاخی‌شدن به قتل رسید. قتل او به نیروهای امنیتی دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران نسبت داده شده‌است. وی برادر فروغ فرخزاد شاعر معاصر ایرانی بود.
