Very exciting blog - dear Orang.
souri jan : about picture
by Orang Gholikhani on Sat Nov 06, 2010 11:33 AM PDTI beleive you find in a work art what you are looking for. People who look for sex find it every where. you can also look at her eyes, they are beautiful. Even if you look lower, it depends how you look at them.
Of course references are different, in France we are more use to nudity.
Sex is part of life and it is useless to hide it. As Molière wrote in Tartuf , you shouldn't say "cachez ces seins que je ne puis voir". Why he cannot keep himself to look and others could. It is because his eyes are not clean and not the reverse.

Thanks for the explanation, Orang jon
by Souri on Sat Nov 06, 2010 10:21 AM PDTMerci, c'est tres gentil.
Hedayat is yet very intriguing to me. I have studied about him and have lots of idea about his mind, which in my opinion was not always the same at all stages of his life.
About the picture, well you are right. It is very beautiful.
And yes it has a connection to one phrase in your poem, but it will becomes too sexy if I had to describe it :)
So I let it to the readers to find it out.
Thanks again for having made an exception for me :)
Souri jan, it is me
by Orang Gholikhani on Sat Nov 06, 2010 10:12 AM PDTThanks Souri jan,
Happy you liked it.
Answering your questions, when you publish thru Blog, you publish when you want and you put picture you want, it is why since longtime I publish only thru Blog.
I made a search with "Mille et Une nuit" and I found this one I found beautiful. I'm not sure if it is matching to all part of this poem but whole picture seemed me nicer than others.
usually I don't like commenting my poems. I prefer each one take ownership of it and make his own idea. I do an exception this time for you ;-)
Concerning Hedayat, I imagin he committed suicide because of state of minds of our country. Forough had also a tough time with people judgment. Our people like poets and writers when they are died and only mention title or only some sentences of their work during parties.
I'm so sorry when I see how our people (unfortunately the majority of them) think and act but don't worry I'm robust ;-)
Ghorbanat.

Wow!!!

Lets a lot to discuss about!
I truly loved the original thought behind this poem, Orang jon.
For now some questions:
1) Who made this choice of image for this poem? J or yourself?
2) If it is J who chose that, I do understand why :)
3) I wish you would elaborate more, what you meant from this:
Bi sharm az shahvat.....assaar hemaghat ke koshtand rouh e Hedayat?
It means that the poem agrees with Hedayat or disagree about the "aassaar hemaghat" ?
I can't find the clue here!
There's a confusion there.
But the poem as a whole is so beautiful and so masterfully written.
More power to you.
