I liked that! since when a mullah is qualifed to be in a judging seat?Qualifed or unqualifed! I will let you in on a secret, there is a council of 4-5 men in every and each town whom are not accountable to anyone nor do they have any official posts. They are the representatives of the Ruhollah Khamanei himself, so no judge, jury, nor supreme court has anything to say when they decide to act, and they act random! in order to keep people in line. That's the ways in Islamic Republic. Go chew on that for a while before stroking your keybord ...

Iranian judiciary is a preposterous of an institution ! Justice you say?

These bastards make careers out of making decisions like these! It's an old rule in the Islamic judiciary, to climb the ladder! the recipe is simple; kill someone/ a sinner in a Islamic fashion, create fear, set an example ... usually practiced in provincial cities and towns in Iran! set an example for whom, may I ask? the married bastard police commander in Tehran? whom was arrested with four prostitutes a year or two back, and the wizard Shahroudi himself took charge of that case, what happened to that MF? Nothing!!! 

pas in "Sharia laws" baray-e kee dast o pa karadan, baray-e amsalee mesl-e Mosleh? but not for Rafsandjani kids, Khamanei kids, Pasdar smugglers of goods whom don't pay VAT in southern borders which by the way is called stealing, plain and simple ... 

I get it, the Sharia laws are designed to keep the poor and defenseless people in place!

There is no justice in Iran and the Iranian Judiciary is nothing but a sad and horrible joke. 

He was 23 and had spent the past six years in prison for having had sex with his girlfriend at 17.

I read your post in the morning and signed the petition, posted it on my facebook page and many others reposted it during the day too. Last time I checked 500+ people had signed since. I think we should have seen more signatures and it's a little disappointing.

It's such a shame that an unqualified mullah has so much power over other people's lives...

Sex is good and okay, Sepecially the forceful kind, I mean the kind that several Islamist prison guards rape a young college girl or boy. Better yet when after forcefull sex the guards get to stab and strangle their sex victims. You will only know if you've had ultimate sex, when the lifeless bodies of Iranian boys and girls are then burnet in fire or acid. The kind that happens in Islamic prisions in Iran. Yes I am talking about the kind of sex, torture and death that any low level clergi man can order any day in any prison in the Islamic Rapist regime of Iran.

کرمانشاه و سنندج در اعتراض به اعدام مصلح زمانی به پا خواسته اند

"براساس گزارشات رسیده به کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام، امروز چهارشنبه ۱۶ دسامبر مردم در اعتراض به اعدام مصلح زمانی در شهرهای کرمانشاه و سنندج به خیابانها ریخته و تجمعات گسترده ای را به پا کرده اند. بر اساس این گزارشات صدها نفر از مردم معترض در شهر سنندج دست به راهپیمایی زده و علیه اعدام مصلح و لغو مجازات اعدام شعار میداند. در شهر کرمانشاه نیز بیش از ۲۰۰ نفر به اتفاق پدر و مادر مصلح در مقابل دادگستری شهر کرمانشاه تجمع کرده و خواهان لغو فوری حکم اعدام مصلح زمانی شده اند. در خلال این تجمع والدین مصلح با ارسال نامه ای به مقامات قضایی استان کرمانشاه خواهان متوقف نمودن و لغو حکم اعدام مصلح شدند. بنا به گزارشات رسیده تجمع اعتراضی مردم در شهر کرمانشاه و در مقابل زندان دیزل آباد همچنان ادامه داشته و مردم قرار است وسیعا تا اعلام لغو اعدام صالح در مقابل زندان دیزل آباد به تجمع خود ادامه دهند."
